I was very impressed indeed with Cophall Farm Parking and would most definitely use it again. I have parked several times at Gatwick and have used several different parking methods including valet parking but this was definitely the best-stress free and efficient.

Good directions to the car park.Clear instructions on what to do on arrival & landing details.Prompt pick up & very courteous drivers.Clean & clear reception area.It certainly appeared nothing would be too much trouble.I was very impressed all round

Sat nav took me to the right place, staff and drivers very friendly. Feels like a family run business. Excellent I will book again.

Much easier to find than they indicate. At least as cheap as two return train/bus trips and you avoid negotiating public tansport with your luggage. They note your arrival by CCTV and have your paperwork waiting by the time you walk in. They also have your car nearby when you return. Driver was there 10 minutes after I called from the terminal. A smooth and efficient operation. Well beyond the normal level of service.

I would definitely use Cophall Farm Parking facility again. It was easy to find, staff friendly, transfers punctual, and good value for money.

Had a very early start, staff were friendly and helpful. Minibus left within 5 minutes. Upon return, bus was there withing 10 minutes of phone call. First class service and excellent value for money

A well organised car park. Prompt service to the airport. The return was one of the best. No queue jumping as with other car parks as the driver only picked up customers who had already phoned and left their name. Driver very friendly.

It was an excellent service and I didn;t even have to remember where I had left the car!

Bit of a delay with the outward journey, partly due to a number of customers arriving after us and partly due to local traffic at the time of day we were travelling. Return pick-up and journey couldn't have worked any smoother!

I would definatly recomend people to use Cophill Farm this was the first time I have used them and was very impressed

Transfer process was straightforward both outward and on return. No problems experienced.

When flights have been changed or delayed staff have always be helpful. Never had a bad experience.

Staff very efficient, transfers out & return very prompt (although I wasn't travelling at peak hours), reasonable price. Very easy to find in the first place which is always a bonus!

I have used other parking at Gatwick but so far Cophall Farm parking is the best the staff were very helpful and on the way back i didnt have to wait long

check-in took only a few minutes with immediate transfer to airport. coming back waited only a few minutes for the minibus and check-out was painless. car ready and waiting for us. Would definately use again
