I have used CFP a number of times,never had any problems. They are always my prefered choice at Gatwick.

vehicle was checked and driven to parking point before we left the reception area. and was ready for collection immediately upon return. Would use this facility again and recommend others.

Cophall Farm parking is quite simply the most straight-forward, hassle free parking experience I've every had at an airport. No forgetting where the car's parked, getting disorientated with confusing carpark references, waiting around for 20 minutes or more for a bus to turn up, etc. It really did make our Gatwick travel experience so much more relaxed and stress-free and I would not hesitate to recommend.

My only reservation is that, on our arrival, the counter staff were clearly overstretched (answering phones, dealing with a party of difficult customers and attempting to process new arrivals). This meant that, through no fault of their own, they were unable to deal with us as quickly as they otherwise would have. As we were early for our flight this was for us unimportant.

Reception staff and driving staff were excellent both very friendly and helpful. the cars positioning meant that no great distance to walk with a heavy suit case was necessary so within five minutes of getting back to the park we were on our way.

Instant response to my email query about whether they operate 24 hours (they do!) Smooth efficient service both ways. Recommended

Further to my email to you. When I picked up my car I found the ashtray open and broken in spite of us never having used it being non smokers.The main beam was on in spite of delivering and picking it up in daylight.The radio was tuned to a station we never use and the rear seat belts were fasten to each other,Why? I have given good marks for promptness etc but am worried that my car was used while I was away!!

This was the cheapest parking available, but not a cheap service. The drop off was very smooth and the staff helpful. The bus was ready immediately and we had a quick and trouble free transfer to the terminal, despite there being a huge hold up around the Gatwick turn off. The driver was really friendly and we chatted on the way to the terminal. On our return, the bus was waiting as promised and we had a comfortable drive back to the car park.Our car was waiting in front of the reception, so all we had to do was collect the keys, load up and drive away. The whole experience was great, smooth and easy, and I would definitely use this company again.

Transfer was immediate and friendly, and it was so useful to be able to call them for our return journey as soon as we'd picked up our luggage. We've already recommended them to friends!

After dropping our car off the staff kindly took us to our hotel nearby as we had a flight early the following morning. We had our stay in Australia extended by 3 weeks due to flight cancellations due to the Ash cloud that occoured in April. We contacted them from Australia, they assured us that or car would be safe and secure until our return and to just inofrm them of new arrangements when we knew. when we got back they were are the airport within 15 mins of our call and the management had very knidly capped the additional charges for all those affected by the canellations. Great friendly service and will definately use their service again. Was one less thing to worry about on our trip. Many Thanks

I Got stuck in Florida for nine extra days because of the volcano! I got intouch vi email to Cophall Farm at Gatwick to explain myself? All they were interested in was MONEY and i couldn't get any one to pick the the car up cause they want prof of id and permision it is very hard to do this when you are half way round the world with no access to a computer? I asked if there was a shuttle from Heathrow as my flight had been changed! But the reply was ,we have updated you ? What is that ment to meen Mike?The man that e-mailed me! I beleive that all other carparks didn't charge extra,cause they had some thought for customers!

No complaints at all! Friendly staff, very easy to find, would definately use again. When we arrived back at the airport, i phoned them up and the Mini bus arrived within 10 minutes, just for us! Very happy

I found the directions a bit confusing when I got off the M23. The signage is not for the indicated hotel, but for a road with the same name. As a consequence, I was a bit later than anticipated to Cophall Farm Parking and missed my flight. However, they were most accomodating about letting me take back my car and return some 7 hours later to meet my re-scheduled flight. The car was available immediately upon my return and I found the experience satisfactory.

Cancellation was beyond my control but still lost full cost of parking. this is very unreasonable!

We overstayed by 2 days due to flight delays, there was no problem and the additional charge of £10 was reasonable. A good experience.

i got stranded because of the icelandic volcano, pretty much all other airport carparks did not charge extra to people who who were stranded abroad, except for this one!!!!. the people who run this are greedy sharks . its absolutly miles from gatwick anyway.
