Cophall was easy to find and the staff were ready for us when we arrived. It took seconds to handover the car and a minibus was ready and waiting to transfer us to the airport. On our return, we only had to wait a few minutes for the minibus to collect us from Gatwick. All staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you, we will return!

I thought that the staff were very friendly, and it was very easy to find our car when we got to the parking (from our holiday) when we were at the airport we called in the staff to pick us up in the mini bus and it arrived within 2 minutes. i am very pleased with this parking and i would recommend it to everyone!

We arrived at 5am and once the keys were handed in there was a minibus waiting to take us to the airport without any delay. On returning to the UK after our holiday I rang the freephone number and within ten minutes a minibus was there to pick us up. Once back at Cophall Farm my car was waiting for me facing the exit and it took only a minute to collect the car keys and we were on our way home. A very well run service with extremely polite and efficient staff. I would reccomend this company for parking without hesitation and will certainly be using them in the future.

Well prepared for our arrival and immediate departure for airport. On return, when I called through to say we were ready for collection they immediately knew my car details from my name and our transfer bus was at the collection point by the time we made it down from luggage collection. Would recommend and will use again when flying from Gatwick.

This is the second time we have used Cophall Farm Parking and both times have experienced great service and value for money. Drop off and collection of our car and transfers to and from the airport were fast every time. We will definitely use again!

As soon as we had left the vehicle we boarded the minibus and were being dropped off less than 10 minutes later. On our return we phoned the number as instructed and by the time we were out of the terminal the mini bus was waiting to collect us. All the staff were cheerful and I would ( and have ) recommend this company to others .

The whole experience was excellent. Staff were friendly and courteous and the transfers were efficient both ways. Outstanding.

The service was quick and efficient, the directions to the site were clear, the transfers were quick and regular, and (most importantly for me) the site looked well maintained and secure.

Friendly staff, prompt drop off and pick up - particularly as the North Terminal is undergoing extensive works. Would recommend to anyone and we will be using them again.
