Could not have gone smoother, did not have to wait at any point, facilities were good and clean, my best airport parking experience so far. Will use again -and again.

The name of the parking facility made me a little hesitant as I wondered if we were going to have our car parked in the middle of a field in farmland! However, I couldn't have been more wrong. The key difference of your facility is that the transfer service to and from the airport is on demand, and we didn't have to wait around at all. No fuss, nothing too much trouble for your drivers. Wonderful! I'll be back.

There was no waiting at any point and the transfer is in a comfortable minibus.

This service is prompt friendly and helpful. Our return flight landed at 00.55 hrs but this was not a problem. In no time we were back at Copham Farm with our car waiting for us. No concerns with using them again.

A friendly and helpful staff, with efficient transfers to and from the terminal, even at 2am. Good value, and I'd certainly use again.

Tired and hungry after a flight delayed by 3 hours I arrived at Gatwick and rang as directed. There was a long wait for a small mini bus that had already been to the north terminal and there were only two seats. I was thrown off the mini bus by a rude driver and had to wait for a following minibus. The driver of this bus had not been told to pick me up and I had to cause a real scene to get taken back to collect my car. I complained to the manager at the time - he could not care less. I will never use Cophall Farm Parking again.

It was the first time we had used Cophall Farm Parking. The directions were excellent, the drivers were very friendly, we were dropped off and picked up very promptly and felt that the service was more personal as it was on a smaller scale than we had used before. We will definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again.

Cheap and cheerful they use minibus for transfer kept us waiting on return (not what you want when coming home)Miserable bloke behind counter.Would rather pay extra few pound for a nearer to airport and more professional experience. But there you go,like they say you get what you pay for...will probably not use again unless desperate. Verdict:Dont be tight for the sake of a few quid.

easy to locate, easy to park, fast transfer to/from airport. very painless! we will definitely use again.

Very helpful on the phone. Very efficient and fast. Barely had to wait to be taken to airport and on my return as soon as I came out of the airport - they were there waiting to take me back to my car. Very impressed. Would highly recommend and definitely would use again when I travel from Gatwick!

Quick and efficient - just what you want, especially when you are arriving very early in the morning, and your flight has been delayed! My only small criticism was that at the pick-up the driver did not help us load our bags into the bus.

We arrived very early before our scheduled time and they were very kind and still allowed us to enter and park up. Once there they took care of everything. On our journey back our car was ready waiting for us out the front of the main office. Great service. Thank you

I found Cophall almost by accident when other suppliers were fully booked. The price was so much less that I was prepared to risk poor service but I found the quality level to be above what I had been getting from other companies charging almost double. Cophall will now be my default option for parking at this airport.

Easy to find, staff courteous, prompt and organised. Outward journey no problems but on the return to Gatwick we couldn't find the minibus due to building works at the airport. There were temporary bus stops installed but no clear signs as to where they were. Apart from a 10 minute delay in finding the bus stops everything else was very good.

We were very happy with the service. The minibus took us top the airport promptly and when we arrived we didn't have very long to wait, even though we got out of customs around 1:30 am. The staff were friendly and professional.

We had previously used a similar company for Heathrow and found CFP much better in every respect. They were quick and efficient, but best it was a thoroughly relaxed, easy, unobtrusively efficient (and even enjoyable) experience. And they were the cheapest!

Efficient, well run operation. Emails were infomative, location was easy to find, staff on site were polite and very efficient, no time was wasted.

We could not have expected a more excellent service. The directions were easy to follow. We left the car for someone to park, booked in with reception and were whisked to LGW South with no problems. We returned at 3.30am. Calling Cophall Farm as soon as we collected our bags, we were collected within 10mins and returned to our awaiting car. Thank you Cophall. I would certainly use you again and recommend you to others.
