I was originally nervous about booking Cophall Farm Parking as i'm never confient about booking the cheapest form of Airport parking, however i was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. directions were absolutely perfect, greeting on arrival was polite, friendly and instructions were easy to follow. transfers were right to the door and set up for return was very simple and on time. overall i was extremely pleased and will definitely be using Cophall Farm Parking for all parking at Gatwick going forward, great value for money and very worth while!

Efficient service, had all our details when we arrived, quickly taken to airport in the minibus, and bus arrived within 5 minutes of calling them when we got back. Would recommend.

I would have one reservation collection at the departures is alright as long as the weather is friendly.

cophall farm parking was very easy for us to find. the directions posted on thier website was acurate..though we did also use tom tom just to be on the safe side!!! A mini bus was waiting as we arrived and after handing the car keys over we jumped straight on.Short journey to the tetminal we needed. On our return we made a quick call to cophall parking who directed us to where we would be collected from and within a few minutes a mini bus was on its way to collect us. Myself and my daughter were the only party to be collected and taken back to our car. Keys were handed over and our car was waiting conveniently just a few feet away from the reception area. I would definately use thier parking facilities again when we once again fy off on our magical holiday!!l

the directions i received with confirmation made the journey easy on arrival nothing could have been easier friendly staff and very efficient arrived at terminal in plenty of time and driver explained where we would be picked up on return journey when we returned made one phone call and we were met straight away nothing could have been easier good value for money

We used the car park for a week, we dropped the car off at reception an gave in keys, we then got on a transit minibus and were taken to airport within minutes. On way back found a payphone at the airport and rang the freephone number and before we got outside the were waiting, dropped back at reception car was waiting out front

Secure and efficiently run. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be collected but otherwise really impressed.

There was no waiting around either on our outbound or our inbound journey. In fact, we were picked up at the airport almost as soon as we arrived at the bus stop. We dreaded hanging around the airport having been up for 24 hours and travellinf for 7 of them through the night, so thumbs up for punctuality.

Customer service excellent from start to finish. Online booking easy, phone support wonderfull, location easy to find with excellent directions and whole experience positive. Strongest recommendation - will definately use them again!

Efficient, reasonably priced, friendly & professional - what more could you ask for?

Service was efficient and courteous, and relatively good value. But the site is a good 15-20 minutes drive from the airport, and with a 15 minute wait for a pick-up on our return, hanging on for someone else,then a call at Gatwick South on the way back, at 2300, the time getting to the car was tedious

The car park is easy to find (good directions), the staff are efficient and friendly, the transfer worked well both departing and returning.
