I used to get family to drop us off and pick us up. Not only was this inconvenient for them because of the late night early morning flight times, but by the time I'd given them petrol money it was cheaper to do off airport parking and far more convenient. The online process couldn't be slicker or easier and the service at Cophall Farm is always helpful friendly and efficient.

Clear and concise directions to the site, excellent facilites and transfer to the airport. Prompt collection and return to vehicle. Good value for money, freindly and helpful staff.

Excellent service, speed of transfer, and value for money. The lady driver on our return transfer was particularly helpful and friendly.

We use Cophall Farm when parking at Gatwick as it's easy, Just drop your car keys at reception and get on the bus. The bus drivers are helpful with cases and friendly. This May 2010 we parked the car by reception and were on the bus to Gatwick within 4 minutes. The return is as easy, just pick up the phone at baggage reclaim and the bus was there when we got to the bus stop outside, on arrival at Cophall the car waiting by the reception. A good service and we'd recommend them always.

You helped to take the stress out of travelling to the airport. having never used airport parking before,I did not khow what to expect, I will definitely use you again. I didn't find it difficult to get to you either.

A little obscure at first to find - my Sat Nav took me down a country lane! It would be helpful to have detailed directions on the website. Lovely helpful receptionist and very helpful drivers. I don't often meet carpark drivers who are ready to help with heavy luggage but these ones were very good on the way there and back. Lowest price I could find on the Internet compared to the other carparks and worth it!

There were no delays whatsoever during the entire process. Immediate transfer to the airport & then, on arrival back in UK, I called CFP & they were waiting as I walked out!

very pleased with ease of finding and punctuality of coaches- made going to the airport very easy. only one complaint and that was that the car was extremely dusty after only being left one week

I've used Cophall Farm before and will do so again. They offer an efficient and friendly service at a reasonable price. You can't ask for more than that.

This is the second time I've used cophall and again an excellent service. I will definitely use them again if the orice remains lowest.

Is a little way out, but easy to access M23.Friendly service, always knew name and car. Shortest wait yet for pick-up from airport. Staff were helpful and handled everything well.

I found the staff incredibly efficient and the whole thing was totally hassle free. We checked in our car in about one minute and were straight on to a bus to the airport, which took about 10-15 mins. On arrival back to UK I called up as we received our luggage. We only had to wait about 2/3 minutes for the bus to bring us back. The driver was incredibly cheery and polite (especially considering it was 4 am and she had been working all weekend). Our car was ready waiting for us by the entrance and it took less than a minute to pick up the keys and check out. I would use them again.
