The car park was well priced which is always one of the first considerations and secondly is how easy is it to find. On both counts I was very impressed. The price was good value and finding the car park at 6.30 in the morning when you are tired was not an issue. The web site gave good instructions. On arrival transfer to and back to the airport was exceptionally good. I will re-book next time I fly from Gatwick.

Everything was organised as soon as you arrived. We were expected and greeted accordingly and promptly delivered to the airport. The return journey was easy to organise.

My car broke down on my way to the car park and I just managed to the car park and I just managed to limp there. The staff were wonderful and had a look and said it was my gear box and to phone my breakdown company as soon as I arrived back in the country. When I got back to the car park the following week they told me someone had looked at the car and it was definitely the gear box and while I waited for the breakdown they made me a cup of coffee, which was very welcome as it was late at night.

10/10. Punctual, friendly, stress free. These guys have cracked it. WELL DONE

Cophall Farm Parking are excellent - exceptionally friendly and professional staff, they really made sure we got off to a brilliant start to our holiday, and it was the perfect way to end with a smooth transition from the airport to the car park, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even at 3am! No wait at all for the transfers. A very smooth operation, and good value for money. Would certainly recommend.

I was so impressed with the service that we received as soon as we arrived at Cophall Farm Parking. The drivers who took us to and from the Airport were friendly and helpful even to the point of assisting with the luggagge. I went on holiday safe in the knowledge that my car was going to be very secure for the period that we were away.

Directions to parking very easy to follow, very fast transfers both ways, cannot fault this service and recommend highly.

I thought the parking experience was terrific and the best value for money ever. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional and the efficiency is excellent. I'll be back!

Have used this car park on a number of occasions. Excellent if arriving home in the early hours of the morning, car warmed up & windscreen cleared (a very nice surprise when snow on the groud).

We had no problems with Cophall Farm parking infact we were really pleased and have only all good praise for the staff. It made our holiday run smoothly and we will certainly look to using them again.

I was very glad that I decided to park my car at cophill farm as it was good value, the place wasn't too far from the airport and the system worked extremely well. I didn't have to wait for very long at all for the buses which was great as the last thing anyone wishes to do after a flight is wait for other transport. The staff were extremely helpful and polite

Quick effecient service. Took only a couple of minutes checking in. Before we knew it, we arrived at Gatwick in a coach. Similarly, after contacting CFP once we'd collected baggage, we were only waiting a few minutes for them to collect us. More importantly, others from the same flight were still waiting for their pick ups from a competitor.

Everything, from start to finish, was smooth and efficient. We were whisked to the airport within 15 minutes of arrival at the car park - a godsend as we'd been delayed by road works and a multiple pile-up. They were awaiting my call on our return and pick-up was within 5 minutes of our arrival at the coach stop. Once back at the car park we were in and out of reception within a very short time and the car was parked directly outside for a speedy getaway. The toilet facilities were very clean and the whole site appeared well kept. This is the most efficient airport parking service I have used so far and won't hesitate to use them again. My only criticism, and it's a very small one, is that the reception staff could be a little warmer as they did leave one feeling more like a set of keys than a valued customer.

Processing the car on arrival was fast and efficient. There was no delay in transfer both there and back.

I was a little sceptical about using an "off site" car parking facility but I had no need to worry. I parked, dropped my key off and then jumped in a waiting mini bus. All in all this took about 30 seconds!! It took about 10 minutes on the mini bus to reach gatwick. The return leg was just as easy and quick. Never again will I be ripped off into paying ridiculous airport car parking prices. Well done Copehall Farm!

From arrival at carpark and on journeys to and from the airport, to collecting our car at the end we were treated with friendly faces who explained what would happen and how to get picked up. It worked exactly as they said it would and was very efficient. I would certainly use this service again as it was much easier and quicker with the luggage than the other carparks where large coaches are used to transfer, even those 'nearer' the airport terminals.

Cophall Farm have a good system in place that ensures that you the customer are put first and are able to go on holiday without worrying about the car! Transfers are fantastic, with polite well trained and efficient staff that would do any organisation a credit :-)
