No problems at all. Easy to find. Efficient service. great value. Plus large garden centre 200yds away great for a bite to eat or kill a little time.

Our booking was complicated in that I was dropping the car off and going to N terminal and my husband was collecting the car and arriving at the S terminal. The reception staff did a bit of tutting over this but our driver was lovely, even going out of his way to give me directions for my husband's return at the other terminal. Thank you.

We were stranded in Greece and trying to find out what was going on with the flights. We phoned your office and were glad finally to find someone we could get through to and who was able to give us some useful information.

Quick and easy to register at the beginning and pick up the car at the end of the holiday. Very easy transfers both ways. Would definitely use again.

Close to Gatwick airport and a quick transfer. Could not fault the service and we would definitely use again.

Getting to and from easy with clear route instructions. 5 minutes after parking we were on our way to the airport & given clear instructions for pick up. Rang from our resort on our due return day to say we're stranded, lady said no problem, ring we have confirmation of our return, and told us of excess charge (£4.80 per day) which isn't unreasonable. On return, picked up quickly, helped with cases on and off by Carol, in our car 5 mins. after getting to the office. Overall, excellent service.

Works nicely. Shame its a bit of distance from the airport. However, as soon as we called them, to tell them that we had landed, had a van in 15 minutes. car was ready, smooth process. Worth it as its a few quid cheaper than the other places.

I was astounded to be charged extra fees because of the icelandic volcanic ash crisis. BAA had waved all charges for affected customers but Cophall continued to charge mercilessly. I was devastated upon my retun to find the car dirty and more expense before my keys were returned to me. This is tantamount to highway robbery in its finest hour. Very poor business practice indeed. I am gutted!!!!!!!

We arrived later than intended leaving a little less time than we would have liked to allow the transfer but these people seemed to be aware of this and without prompting priorised us for the transfer so we made up time in getting to the check in desk. Upon return due to volcanic activity the lady on the phone was fully briefed and very understandable, quite a pleasureto speak to. We were the only ones on the bus which arrived with little wait time - the driver was friendly and not a jobs worth he told us what had been going on and efficiently returned us to our car. I have used APH several times before but Cophall are definately a force to be reckoned with, give them a try you may well be impressed.

Normally I like to park my car on site at the airport but thought a change may be good so opted to try out a serviced parking company. Got to say, it is so much better than parking on site. You don't have to wait 10 mins or more in whatever weather you happen to turn up in, for the bus. You feel secure because your car is at a car park that is manned. The people are lovely and very friendly too. Overall my experience was good enough that I will be using Cophall Farm Parking again next time I fly.

Arrived a little bit early at the carpark, but that was no problem. Five minutes after we dropped the carkey of at reception the shuttle to Gatwick left. Our lugage was already loaded abord by by the driver. The return trip was just as easy. One phone call and 10 minutes later we we're picked up. Our car was already waiting for us so we were of in no time at all. So a very good overall experience.

Very good service which is both competitively priced and well organised. We felt secure knowing that Cophall Farm was dropping us off and picking us up. Like the personalised service with friendly and courteous staff from reception to drivers. Very pleased and would recommend all friends and family flying from gatwick. Thankyou.

I had doubts as it looked like it might be a long way from the airport - it said 10 minutes, I timed it and it was less than that. All staff were helpful and friendly.

First time using an off airport car park but the park was easy to find. Check in was quick and efficient and within minutes I was on the bus on the way to the airport. On return one phone call and the bus was there to pick me up within ten minutes.

We were really pleased with the excellent service we received at Cophall Farm Parking. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We didn't have to wait any time going or coming back from the airport for the transfer. Exactly what you need after being delayed for 4 hours on the return journey! Arriving in the middle of the night at Cophall Farm I was greeted with a smile from each of the three ladies present. Booking in was quick and simple and within minutes I was on my way to the airport. Returning I 'phoned as requested after passing through luggage collection and by the time I reached the pick up point I waited about two minutes. A cheerful driver took my luggage and I was back with my car in a very short time. Already booked for my next holiday! Very good service

A friendly service with prompt collection having rung from after customs. Transit mini busses with drivers who help with luggage are so much nicer than the large coaches from other providers. We'll definitely use then again.
