I'd not heard or used Cophall Farm Parking before but after reading all the positive reviews online I was happy to book my car into them for 2 weeks. My first experience was the checking in staff, I found them to be rude and unhelpful - it might have been 5am in the morning however if you choose to work that job then the least you could do is to greet your customers with a smile - I however was greeted with a blank face and a despondent attitude. When the check in staff had taken my car keys and logged my return flight I was left to leave the office without collection instructions and a telephone number to call on my return - I only knew I needed this by listening to the instructions given to another customer checking in at the same time. When I requested this, no apology was given. The coach transfer was less than comfortable. The 'coach' was a similar to a transit van with windows containing 8 seats - these were neither comfortable nor spacious. On my return I found my car parked with the front wheels positioned as if it was taking a sharp left, I had NO idea how long it had been left like this. I don't treat my car in this way let alone a car I had been paid to take care of. Based on this experience I wouldn't recommend Cophall Farm Parking or be using them again even though there were cheaper than their competitors - in this case you definitely get what you pay for.

I loved the fact that you phone Cophall on your arrival and they come and pick you up rather than waiting around for a packed bus!

Friendly staff, prompt. I would recommend this servixe to anyone. The staff were so lovely, even at 2.30 in the morning. The lady who drove to collect us was so chatty and a pleasent, I only wish I could remember her name as she deserves recognition. Regards, Helen TP

The details forwarded to us were very clear and comprehensive the car park was clearly marked The reception book-in was done with no fuss and the transfer to the airport was well driven The return journey pick up was prompt and both drivers were polite and pleasant would highly recommend this service

I thought the service was much better than other outside airport car parking. Very prompt, when we rung to say we were back, we didnt have to wait long at all. I would definitely use you again.

On finding Cophall Farm to be the cheapest parking for Gatwick on line I was a little dubious at first. However, there was no need to be. The service was excellent. We didn't have to wait long for a bus and when we arrived back from our holidays the bus was already waiting for us. The drivers were friendly and helpful which is always important to me! I would reccommend this service and most certainly be using it again in the future. thank-you.

I can't fault Cophall Farm Parking in anyway, we arrived at about 4am and were dealt with in a friendly manner despite the unearthly time and arrived at Gatwick in good time. The return was equally as smooth, I would definitely use them again

Quick and efficient service, no trying to find your car in the middle of thousands on your return.It is waiting for you outside the office on your return. SIMPLE.

From start to finish a very professional set up. No delays or waits from either transfer. Staff were polite and helpful - even at 2am !! I would definitely recommend this company.

We left our car for 18 days at Cophall Farm Parking. We had a early flight (we left the car at the car park at 5am) and a very early return flight (landed at 4am). Transfers were spot on, no problems. All well organised and cheapest price around. would book again

I called to say we were through passport control and on our way to the bus stop. The coach turned up about 10 mins later and knew how many people he was collecting and thier names. Totally hassle free!

Staff friendly. Found it amusing that they asked if I didn't mind if they kept hold of the little business card they gave me when I left the vehicle. They explained they were short of them. They did offer to write down their number for future reference on a bit of paper! It was just a little too far from the Airport Terminal and after a tiring flight you can do without the extra hassle. It wasn't that much cheaper than alternatives.

Great not to have to wait at an anonymous bus stop, and lug all the cases onto high shelves. We were very impressed with the service, especially travelling as a family, and will certainly use it again.

Best thing for me was that the check in service was very fast and efficient and upon returning the bus was there to pick me up within a few minutes and my car waiting for me ready to go. The whole process was seamless and punctual. We had no waiting around and all the staff we dealt with were polite, helpful and friendly.

A positive experience which went very smoothly. Dropped car off at 11am and set off for Gatwick within 2 or 3 minutes. On our return (at 2am ! ) arrived back at the parking area and was on the road again within 5 minutes. No waiting or hanging around. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
