The whole process was very efficient. Finding it in the dark wasn't too easy, but that is noe their fault. The staff were friendly and the transfer to the terminal was totally painless. All in all an excellent service. I will certainly use them again

Good - it is more than 10 min to the airport but the transfers were pretty speedy.

Follow the instructions that CFP give you and ignore your Satnav. No hanging about park up drop your keys and jump in the minibus. Phone CFP when you clear Customs and the minibus is waiting to take you back. Doesn't really get better than that - just no waiting and the car is ready for you when you pick your keys up. Quality service.

There was no waiting around, which is very important to me after a flight. I would definitely use this service again.

I have used Cophall Farm Parking on two occasions. Both times I have found the service to be excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. You are never kept waiting for the transfers to and from the airport. Very important when you don't land until late at night and just want to get home.

The service provided is efficient and convenient with friendly staff. I would recommend Copall Farm Parking to other travellers who did not wish to or who are unable to use public transport to get to Gatwick.

it is the cheapist but best parking i have used, dropped off car very easy handed in key and jumped on the transport for a short trip to the airport. Upon return phoned from baggage reclame, when we got to pick up point transport was waiting then a short trip and my car was waiting next to the office, great service and happy staff, i WILL be using it again every time i fly.

We arrived early morning & I was somewhat surpised to find everything waiting for me. Although I shouldn't have as I did provide ETA. Check-in was quick & precise, our driver to the airport was very friendly & informative. The shuttle was waiting for us on return & was back to the car in no time. A very professional service & would most definately use again when travelling from Gatwick.

We were late arriving at the depot due to an unforeseen problem. A vehicle was ready to transport us to the airport however we had to wait for other passengers to board which left us with less time to check in for our flight.

I had a good experience - there was minimal waiting either end for transfers although this may just have been fortunate timing. It was quite easy to find with directions or by following the bus, which is what I did.

Excellent service again from Cophall Farm Parking. Unfortunately due to the Gatwick refurbishment work that is going on at the moment the drop off point for the transfer bus is about 5 mins walk from the airport - this was explained to me beforehand and seems to be the airport's fault rather than Cophall Farm's. Apart from this there were no problems and the customer service was excellent as last time - easy to park, friendly staff, and a quick transfer to the terminal... let's hope the builders at Gatwick get a move on!

we arrived paper work dealt with very fast ,suitcaces put into car for us and away to airport .we have used other car parks and this one has been the very best will use again

Was really pleased with the service, hardly waited any time at all, very near to the airport, car was ready to drive off when we arrived back at the end of our holiday. Efficient staff, very efficient, would use the service again without hesitation.

On arrival the staff we met and driver were all women, the greeting was friendly and efficient;and our driver also a woman, most informative, and also loaded our cases.In spite of road gridlock around Gatwick on our return, our driver was very helpful and willing in trying to advise of a viable alternative route to get home.( this time a man ). We shall certainly use Cophall next time!
