Service was very good up until we returned from our journey. We rang the number to inform the coach we had arrived back, but waited 45 minutes for it to turn up. North terminal 15/06/07 8.30pm I will use this service again in August and hope for a better ending.

This was the first time I've left my car at an 'away from airport' car park and I was at first a little aprehensive, particularly about leaving my keys with them and also the horror stories I've heard about getting back and finding there's an additional 400 miles on the clock! I can happily report that parking at BCP Gatwick was a trouble free experience, the transfers were a wait of no more than 5 minutes and my car was as I left it with no additional miles on the clock! My only complaint would be the staff I dealt on the counter on my arrival and return were 2 of the most miserable people I've ever come across. Come on BCP, a little bit of conversation and a smile, particularly when I arrived would have certainly given a first timer like me a bit more peace of mind while I was away.

We had 3 minutes to get a on a coach on arrival. If we missed it we would have to wait another hour for the next coach to leave, leaving us little time in the airport. Other than this though i found the service very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The directions to the BCP car park were not clear. It said to take a left turn to Lowfield Heath/Charlwood. When we got there the sign only said Lowfield Heath so we carried on looking for a sign that said both names and of course did not find one. So we had to phone in the end for directions. Apart from that the service was excellent.

I was very pleased with the service, from the straightforward check in, to the return, when my car was waiting on my arrival. The transfers were swift, and the drivers friendly and helpful. All round it was a great service, and I will use BCP on all my future trips

My experience was basically ok. As stated above finding the site was not easy - and locating the pick up point was not very clear (small print on back of ticket not sufficient). However, on setting out on my journey - like a fool I managed to get separated from the transfer bus (with all my baggage on it)staff were courteous and helpful getting me reunited with my things without any fuss or bother.

We endured a very long wait for room on a coach to the airport at 5 in the morning and it was a very cold morning. We did not appreciate standing in long queues at that time of the day. There was a shortage of coaches and yet one was standing idle nearby! The return trip was OK.

When I collected my car it became apparent that I had been booked in under another name, so initially I was asked to pay an excess charge, when I queried it the error became apparent. It was resolved ok with help from another member of staff who helped to find my car keys.

we have used a lot of off site airport parking but are always happier when we can book our car into bcp it always seems well managed and from booking in our car to being transfered to the airport is always done precisely and when we return back from our destination the coach arrives to pick us up wirhin 5 - 10 minutes from us calling them.

Nice to see a smile so early in the morning! Very efficient service, and very smooth. Did not have to wait long for coach at arrival in Gatwick. There could have been more signs about getting to the carpark for the car driver. We did get lost! All in all a good service, and would use you again.

On-line booking was easy, directions to the car park were easy and plain to follow.Once there the staff were very competent and friendly and I was on the coach within 5 minutes of arrival.On return to the airport the coach arrived within 20 minutes and I was from 'plane to car in under an hour. Excellent service, recommend to anyone.

We left our car for a week and were very pleased with the service. When we arrived at 5.30 in the morning we were greeted by a very happy attendant who directed us where to park, it was great to see a cherpy face at that time of the morning after a long car journey. The car was booked in quickly and a coach was available straight away to take us to the airport, a good and swift service.

I didn't think that having to wait 30 minutes for a coach to return to the car park to collect our car is acceptable, espesialy when you advertice a 15 minute service, and we followed your instructions and called you at 10 to the hour and got on the coach at 35 minutes past the hour. It won't be a service I'll be recomending. And you can thank the driver who decided to leave the terminal early to retun to the car park.

Basically using the posted instructions we couldn't find the place at 04:30 in the morning. We stopped and asked some builders who didn't know where it was and said we were the 4th group of people to stop and ask them that morning! Total waste of £13:00. Ended up parking in Gatwick longstay anyway.

Distance away from airport is no so much a problem if the coaches are regular. We waited quite a while at the South Terminal for a coach, then after picking us up it stopped at the North Terminal. All of which after a long flight, late at night when you have a drive home and work the next day is quite frustrating.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even at 6 in the morning! We arrived at the car park and within 10 minutes we were on the coach on the way to the terminal. On returning, a quick call after we landed, to the car parking office to get our car ready meant that we stepped off the coach, grabbed our suitcases, collected the keys, jumped in the car and off we went. We received a faultless service.

We may have been lucky, but on the way out a coach waited for us before leaving and we arrived in time to chase a coach down that stopped and let us on board. Comparing Gatwick and Luton services the former is slightly more professional, but both are good, why anyone ever goes to the on sites car park I am not sure

firstly good value on other car parks, on arrival easy lay-out and very helpful staff, fab bus service to terminal. On our return again easy transfer, and we'd lost our ticket and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, thanks for helping us to enjoy our holiday more, we will return, thanks

This is the second time we have used BCP in lieu of Flighline, NCP and prefer BCP for the easy car drop off parking next to the coach transfer service. This avoids finding your own suitable parking space and dragging cases in all weathers to bus stops. BCP is also cheaper!

My flight was changed and I arrived back at a different Terminal. Your return instruction card: first: only gave direstions from the terminal from which I departed but, much more important second: Did not call you BCP on the top but something like Qparking and there is no bus stop with a Qparking sign on (but there is with BCP) As there were 2 levels with buses arriving I could hardly wait at both to see if i recognised a bus. When I rang for help all I got was the answer phone msg and the other options incl the operator did not work (so why include them?) When i finally arrived, Yr staff said that you have recently changed your name from BCP and that it was the fault of BAA for not changing the bus stop signs but I note that BCP is still used above. All that has to be done to rectify this confusion is for your info cards handed out by yr staff to have both old and new company names on. It would have saved me a very frustrating 40 minutes trying to find, with a heavy baggage trolley, where i was supposed to go.
