The directions to get to the park were excellent. We were very impressed by the efficient organisation registering and collecting. The only slight comment is that the bus was very noisy and also was a litle late collecting us at the terminal

My flight was delayed by 28 hours and there was no additional cost, the car was ready and the transfers were fairly regular.

Due to volcano saga I was 8 days late in collecting my car and when I arrived after a long days travelling I expected to have to wait ages for my car to be found. Instead much to my delight I was handed the keys immediately, all extra charges were waived and my car was outside the door! The staff were lovely too even though they must have had a lot of extra work to do! Would recommend this company to anyone.

What particularly impressed was our return to the car park. I got to the bus stop just as the bus was about to leave. I asked if the bus could hold on for a minute as the rest of my party was lagging somewhat. The driver couldn't have been more helpful

Was on an early morning flight which meant checking in at Car Park at 4.30am . Simple check in system and efficient operation meant a quick ans smooth transfer to North Terminal .Already booked again for a futre holiday in 3 months time .

We have used Airparks before , & although the company have expanded, the service is still as good as ever. No frills just good old fashion courtesy, along with great value for money & trustworthy staff.We wouldn't use any other parking facilities for our flight trips.

Booked night before online. Fast and efficient to use. Only disappointment was that the Airparks bus was the last to arrive at the pickup on the journey back

I travelled on my own with a 9 month old and the drivers in particular were great in helping me with my luggage - very much appreciated. The ladies on the desk too were very helpful.

This parking experience was without any surprises and I can recommend it for further customers. The winter time might require a closer parking though. This parking is a few miles away from the airport. Good job!

Cheerful welcome, pleasant staff who even recognised us on our return and who expressed concern for our welfare. A pleasant experience all round, thank you.

My only suggestion would be that one bus is laid on to pick up from the South terminal and one from the North. This would avoid the scramble to board the bus at the north as it normally arrives fairly full having picked up from the South. I was lucky enough to board the 1st bus (Just!) but a lot of fellow passengers couldn't and although the buses are fairly frequent it can be frustrating after a long flight.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions so car park was not needed (and can't be fefunded!)

I was disappointed to find my car very muddy inside the driver side. I think the staff should be more careful and maybe clean what one would make dirty due to wheather condition. I would like to receive your response to my remark before book again with Airparks in future. A part of that everything else was ok.I do though believe you will not publish my view and experience for other to see.

The park is good value for money, but contrary to what the web site suggets, it is not on the access to the airport and is rather a long way from one of the terminals. We thought we were in plenty of time, but the transfer took so long to leave and so long to get to the terminal, we only made our flight by three minutes. It was raining heavily when we parked, but we were sent back to the car to put a label on it. They thought it was a joke that we had to do this and they didn't. We got soaked to the skin.

I found the staff to be helpful and informative in offering options. They were aware of the time of next transfer, and fairly fast to complete the process. The process itself was quite straightforward. I had a little difficulty finding the key box, but otherwise the parking went very smoothly.

Used Airparks for the first time and was generally pleased. Did not quite understand why we went to the other terminal on the way in AND on the way out. Also waited nearly 25 mins for pick up ????????

Parking the car at any airport is the worst part of the journey but Airparks made the experience as best as could be expected both from the arriving and the departure.

Upon arrival staff helpful, transfer efficient, easy to find transfer back to vehicle.
