A very efficient and friendly service, no problems whatsoever. Would definatily use Gatwick APH parking again.

The best service that we could have received. Above what we expected, especially for what we had paid. Made that always painful return from holiday that much more bearable, with great time keeping and fantastic staff!!

This is the first time we have used an airport car park, it was cheaper than getting any type of public transport and its nice to know that our car was safe and watched 24 hours. Our flight back was delayed so it was nice not to have to worry about if our pickup was still going to be there when we arrived as the car was always there. In a nutshell APH Gatwick provides excellent service and value for money.

Myself and friends I have travelled with have used Gatwick APH several times now and we consider it to be the best of those we have used. It is conveniently located for us coming from the Southwest of the area. The reception staff are always efficient and friendly and the drivers are very helpful, using clean and comfortable transfer buses. APH Gatwick offer best value without compromising service. I would never use anyone else.

Reception, booking in and transfer to Gatwick Airport was very quick and efficient, did not have to wait too long from transfer to and from the airport. Coach was exceptionally comfortable and clean. On return to Gatwick we only had to wait 5 mins for the coach to pick us up. Driver was very pleasant.

I thought the overall service was very good and extremely fast checkin and out. The bus drivers were attentive and very helpful. I would suggest that the windscreeen of the car was washed prior to collection as it was marked with bird droppings!!

Internet booking was easy. Directions to parking clear. Efficient syatem when dropping off and picking up car. Fair distance from airport (applies to most off-site parks). Bus transfer slowed by volume of traffic during rush hour.

Good service. The car was a bit dirty, a run through a car wash would have been a nice touch but overall very good service many thanks.

We had no difficulty booking on the net, finding the place because of good directions and were soon transferred from our APH Parking to Gatwick airport by efficient courteous staff. On our return we telephoned and were greeted warmly, and as we walked from the airport our bus pulled up. We were soon on our way to Gatwick APH where our car was waiting ready for us to exit. Absolutely no problems from start to finish. The price also compared favourably to many other Gatwick car park offers.

Good value service. Going out no problem but bit of a delay in coach arriving early hours of the morning on our return. Would use Gatwick APH parking again though.

Good value for money, very easy to find the car park and good customer service. The transfer time is a bit long. I waited more than 15 minutes in the bus before it moved. I was early for my flight and not in a hurry. I will park with Gatwick APH again but I would like to see more frequent transfers.

This is my second time using APH. The service was very good on both occasions, the transfer times very good, with secure parking and no damage to vehicle.

Arrived at 6.30 a.m. We were in the Gatwick North teminal at 7.10 a.m. competely stress free. On arrival back at Gatwick we only had to wait 5 minutes for the bus to pick us up and were back in our car on the road home 15 minutes later.
