Very good fast transfer service on arrival and departure.

This was the second time I have used this car park and it was just as impressive as the first time. I was very impressed with the way the system worked, it is very professional, quick, no waiting around even when you arrive back in the U.K. I would highly recommend this for Airport parking at Gatwick.

APH parking at Gatwick offered me value for money compared with other companies. It is easy to find and the service was very friendly and efficient.

It was a very good experience. It would be even nicer if APH Gatwick was closer to the airport and the coaches were more frequent. After the long flight, all you wanted to do is to get home asap. The last thing you wanted to do is wait for the coach to take you to the car park, then spent 15 minutes on the coach before you get to your car. Overall, it was very good.

Drop off and collection very prompt with only minutes waiting time. Coaches were excellent and parking facilities at the location were very well signed and organised.

Easy to use, transfer were on time. Very quick turn around of dropping off and picking up the car.

We will use APH again as they were of a good standard.

I use this service regularly and find it suits my needs very well. The APH prices are competitive but high compared with other Airports though.

Have actually used APH before. Quick & easy service. Driver most helpful in handling baggage. Staff in office very friendly. I actually used a different car from the one I registered upon booking, and when I turned up in this other make & reg no. there was no problem whatsoever. Will certainly use again for parking at Gatwick.

Compared with some other off site carparks we have used this one was the best both in terms of location and service.

No problems, all worked well, just allow sufficient time for the journey to the airport in case a coach is not leaving immediately during a quiet time.

It all went very smoothly from start to finish. You could of course have given the car a wash, but at your parking prices...

I found the bus driver to be very helpful, waiting an extra couple of minutes while my wife was handing in the car keys. There were a couple of people in front of her, and we were running late due to a crash on the M25. If it wasn't for him we would have missed our flight. I would like to give him and the rest of the Gatwick APH staff a big thank you.

Everything went smoothly. No problems. Will use APH Gatwick again.

It was more like a personal taxi service because the bus pulled up as we walked out of the terminal, then promptly left so there was no waiting around at all. Excellent!

Best ever parking experience... prompt and frequent coaches meant no waiting.
