Very satisfied with APH Gatwick.

Unfortunately we were running behind schedule and were a little bemused when the driver refused to take our luggage, as we were next in the queue, suggesting that we took the next coach. He shut the bay doors and drove off with a half full coach, then stopped 10 metres away to allow missing members of another family on board amounting to an extra 3-4 mins or so. We waited for the next coach and the extra 25 mins that this resulted in concluded with us missing our check-in time and hence our flight. Whilst I'm sure this is probably an unusual occurrence I am unable to rate the service very highly.

I have booked many times and will continue to do so. Regular transfers, no excessive waiting for collect and transfer.

Our first time of using off site parking, most encouraging, definitely will use you again. Coaches and drivers very nice and helpful. Have you thought about offering a valet service whilst people are away? Nice to come home to a spotless car!

Although early in the day, booking in was quick and efficient, and a transfer coach was waiting on our departure and arrival.

Satisfied with the service. Location added time from home to Airport. Need to allow for this if APH services used again.

If you dont mind extra 10 minute coach transfer this car park is excellent value for money, very well organised and efficient.

Driver miserable on both routes. Regularly mumbled under his breath about non-courteous passengers when pulled bags from inside the coach. Also, I don't think having a 'tip tray' as a permanent feature at the front of the coach gives the right impression of the organisation. The driver is paid to do a job. If a passenger wishes to tip him for exceptional service then they should be free to do so. This solicitation of tips (pre-loaded with coins no smaller than 50p piece) gives an impression of begging. It goes to put one off the APH experience.

Quick turnround to airport and return to car park. Good all round service would not hesitate to book again.
