Slightly further away from the airport than I expected, but we didn't have to wait for the coach transfers either way and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Both leaving the car and picking it up was done in 10 minutes. The service was good and very efficient. The trip to and from the airport was quick to. We will be using it again.

Cheapest quote .. but the parking area was probably the furthest from Gatwick. All staff and operational aspects were well managed. I would use them again!!

I continue to be impressed by APH, who to my mind are competitively priced, reliable, friendly and efficient. When I arrived back late following a cancelled flight I was greeted by a helpful member of staff who supplied me with a receipt so I could claim money back from the airline. It is always a relief to return home and get on the coach.

The drivers were very friendly and the staff on site were very helpful - the booking in process took 5 mins and the coach was ready to meet us within minutes of leaving the terminal

It was quick efficient nd well organised which is what I look for when trying to have a stress free holiday

We arrived with little time to spare and so they sent the next coach early so we would not risk missing our flight. Good value and good service.

Staff were helpful at check in, drivers were extremely helpful with baggage and directions for return. It was a pleasant experience upon return instead of hanging around waiting werwill certainly use the service again. Thanks

It was easy to find having been given simple to follow instructions. A bus was waiting to leave for the airport. Comfortable coach. Not too much walking. Bus waiting for us on our return for quick transfer back to the carpark where the car was ready for us. All in all very satisfactory. Thank you.

This was the first time I had used an off-airport parking service and if they are all like APH, it certainly won't be the last! Finding the car park was easy and booking the car in was easier still, so easy in fact that the wife had done it by the time I had taken the cases out of the boot. Cars are left right next to the reception and the coach (54 seater type thing) was also right next to it, meaning you literally move your luggage a few yards between the car and the coach. The journey to Gatwick was quick and comfortable, far better than having to faff around with airport lane systems and finding spaces, getting tickets etc etc. When we arrived back, I called APH as soon as we were back in the terminal and a coach arrived minutes after we left the building. Once back at APH, we picked up our keys, were pointed in the direction of our car (in a parking space this time but still not far away) and were given a code for opening the security gate. Overall, this was a very efficient and easy service which I will definately use again. I can highly recommend it.

The directions we were given were not quite right from the first roundabout off the motorway, but after phoning the staff at the carpark we were back on track & the rest of the directions were spot-on. Thank goodness for local knowledge!

Checking into the carpark was friendly, efficient and relaxed followed by a speedy and comfortable ride on to the airport. On our return to Gatwick we had been given very clear instructions as to how to inform the company that we had arrived and on where to catch the coach back to the car park. The coach was punctual with a very friendly driver...it was 3 o'clock in the morning and we had three young children who were very sleepy so we really appreciated this service! We checked our car out of the car park. This, again, was done punctually and with a smile! The whole area is lit very well and so you feel safe and secure. A very good service that we would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!!

From the moment the keys were dropped off the staff were very helpful and courteous, the procedure was explained in detail, the coach driver was very pleasant on both journeys( and one was at 3am!) coach arrived very promptly. excellent and fantatsic value for money

The use of APT was completely stress free. You have to leave your keys with them as they do the actual parking of your car, and therefore you have to trust them to look after your car! If you are happy doing this, I can recommend APT.

It took the hassle of finding a way of getting to the airport at an early time of the day. I shall be using the service in the future/

Very organised, dropping off the car was quick and coach driver friendly. Collection from North Terminal was a bit of a wait but I think we'd just missed the previous coach - collection of keys back at APH was so quick we were on the road within a couple of minutes! All in all a good experience and just about the cheapest quote we had.

The whole procedure went smoothly with no problem. Ideally it would be a bit closer to the airport itself.
