Our overall experience was good and we would recommend this company and use them again. Our only complaint was that the staff could use some customer relation training. It would help if they could speak better English also as there was a poor couple who were separated in the rain and wind as one of them got off the bus too soon and the driver could not explain this as his English was so poor - so he just drove off and left him!

The fact that the car park was situated next door to the Airport was great. It all went very smoothly. I'll be using this company again when I next fly.

I found this carpark to be the closest off airport carpark, it's right next door and it was the cheapest. We had no waiting for the bus at either end, which makes for a pleasant start and end to a holiday. Its the best and most convenient compared to Glasgow and Manchester and others.

I found the whole experience very easy, staff friendly and efficient, the bus guy was so helpful. I knew where they were, but a more detailed map of access may have been beneficial. Many thanks.

I can find no fault with the service offered and provided. Fast, friendly, efficient check in and transfer to terminal building, and prompt pick up on return.

Some form of waiting area at the car park would be good. Minimum a bus shelter or preferably a waiting room. Had to wait 10 minutes for a bus to the airport in the rain. Would use again though.

Easy to find on hand support waiting no need to wait for transfer taken straight to drop off point and on return by the time we were out the bus was waiting. Keep up the good quick no fuss parking.

Very efficient - the ultimate would be to have the car returned to the reception area ready for your return, but it is obvious that this would be difficult at busy periods.

We have used Edinburgh Secure Airparks on several occasions now and they constantly offer a high standard of service. We will continue to use them in the future.

I have used this car park often when going for breaks. The staff are always pleasant(no matter what time you get there). Would certainly recommend this facility.

The service was very efficient; there was a bus waiting when we arrived, and we only had to wait about 5 minutes for the bus on the way back. The driver dropped us right by our car and helped us with our bags (we were travelling with a toddler so had our hands full!). Good value for money.

I have used Edinburgh Secure Airparks frequently in the past few years and have found them to be efficient and have hardly ever had to wait more than a few minutes each end. Occasionally I have had a driver (younger) who did not move luggage but this is the exception as I find their staff normally very helpful and polite. I use them by choice every time I fly.

This service was totally hassle-free. Our flight was delayed on return, but this was no problem to the parking service. Bus to and from terminal was very quick, and there was no waiting around.

Parked car in front of office, dropped off key and was on bus to airport within 5 mins. On return, bus was waiting. Lovely driver who dropped me off beside my car and put my case in the boot. Would definitely use again.

Brilliant service; staff helpful and cheery. Not really a criticism, but I arrived to car (my return flight was early in the morning ) my car was iced up, would have been nice if it had been warmed up for me / defrosted...no big deal for me to do, just an added service.

I was very impressed by the parking service. After checking in at the airport realised that we had left our holiday money in the car. Without any fuss we were transported back to the car park and the bus driver having radioed ahead had our car waiting at reception. Money retrieved we were taken back to the departure terminal.

The journey from Newcastle to Edinburgh airport was about the same time as the train journey would take but I was able to get so much nearer to the airport! Directions were great except for the final leg, when I almost went into a different secure parking area. I eventually found it after not too much of a struggle. Four days parking cost less than the return train fare cost me on a previous occasion and I had the convenience of being able to set off straight away upon my return, not waiting a further 2 and a half hours. I will most definitely use Edinburgh Secure Airparks again. Brilliant!

Weather had been wet and the temperature was dropping but there was no sheltered waiting area for use by passengers and their luggage until the transport to the airport arrived. Waiting in the car may be an option for a single person or a couple with minimal luggage as exiting the car would be simple procedure, however, four people (one 80+) and considerably more luggage is time consuming would tend to put passengers under pressure attemping not to hold up the transport.

When I drove into the car park, I noticed disabled bays. As a disabled person it is important for me to get my car door open wider than usual. The facilities were excellent and next time, I will ask for a disabled bay as this helps me to enter my car easier when arriving home. Sometimes air parks don't advertise that they can facilitate parking spaces for blue badge holders. That's all.

Unfortunately, we were running a little late as my friend had forgotten her passport so had to turn back. When we got to the car park, the handover was super fast and efficient and we were at the terminal building within 5 minutes of arriving at carpark - a God send!!
