Customer service graded low because I never saw a member of staff on arrival or departure.

Used them before and would use them again. Beware though if you have mobility problems as the buses now drop you off at the top side of the multi storey car park and you have to walk through the car park to get to the terminal. There were no trolleys for to put your luggage on. Not fault of car park company but something to bear in mind.

Simple booking system, efficient friendly transfers and good value. What more can one ask?

Simple process. Return instructions printed on the rear of the parking ticket as a good reminder after your vacation period. good idea.

this was our first time at Edinburgh Airport. We found the car park quite easily and the transfer was quick. Colin back out of the airport there were no signs to stance No 3. Eventually we found a sign to the coach park. This could have been better marked to find your way back to the bus. Otherwise it was easy and good value.

Close to Edinburgh Airport with short transfer times and automatic number plate recognition at the gate. Hassle free.

Easy to find and in a great location for the airport. Much cheaper than surface parking! Buses arrived within 10 minutes each way, friendly staff. Numberplate recognition makes getting in and out really easy. Tickets clearly advise how to proceed upon arrival back at the airport. Would definitely use again.

There is quite a walk to the pick up bus.Keep following coach park signs!

Great car park with very friendly staff but the car park was full on arrival. I had to drive around for ages to find a space.

We will certainly be using this company again. I walk these days with a walking stick, when we had parked our car & saw that the bus was approaching & thought we had missed it, thankfully the driver saw us & stopped & waited until I reached & got on & sat down as everyone knows not all drivers do this. On our return journey the bus was waiting & we were delighted that again we caught the bus transfer without having to wait. KITTY MCRAW
