only problem was the sign posting, it was very small. but apart from that access to main routes were good

On the day we arrived there was heavy rain and as there was not sufficient shelter for customers at the car park,we remained in our car until a bus arrived. Two buses arrived almost simultaneously and as the 1st bus was full we made for the 2nd bus. The driver was extemely impatient to set off ,despite just arriving, and we felt he was harrassing us to board quickly with our luggage. He kept saying he had to be at the airport as a bus had to be there all the time.My daughter found this quite upsetting as her dad was dropping the car keys in the office and the driver of the bus made to drive off without him on board.A reminder to staff that it is not the customers fault if things are not running smoothly and that we should not suffer as a result.

This is a slick operation that will speed you to the airport with the minimum of delay in the security of mind that your car is well looked after and safe. We particularly liked the transfer back from the airport that took us straight to our car.

First time we have used this type of service for several years. We found the whole experience simple and quick. We were concerned as we were travelling with young children but the drop off and pick up were fine.

My family were happy with the Secure Airpark. We had a bad experience with another airpark last year, when we had to queue for some time before getting a transfer back to where the car was parked, so we were happy when everything ran much more smoothly this time. Thanks.

We have just had our first experience of booking with Airparks. We were extremely happy with the efficient service provided by staff. When we returned from holiday the last thing we wanted to do was wait on a bus as the weather was deplorable. However, when we went to the stop, the bus was already there and took us promptly to our car. We would definitely use this car parking service again.

You seem o be trying hard with customer care and in my view are succeeding. A nice touch was driving the bus to the car which saved us geting soaked in the heavy rain. watch with some new cars which have automatic locking after a minute which could leave keys in a locked car - I forgot but thankfully my wife remembered before car was locked.

Could not have been simpler. Leave the car at 'the check in', get on the bus to the airport, call when you return, board the bus and be taken right to your car! What could be simpler?

I was very impressed at the value for money this service offers. On arriving initially there is no going to an office to find out where you are to park...you park in an arrivee's spot on entering the carpark, you post your car key in the box at the front of the car and they move it for you! The shuttle bus was very prompt and the driver extremely helpful with everyone's luggage. On returning to the UK the shuttle bus was again prompt, the driver again very helpful and on returning to the carpark, there was our car back in the parking bays right at the entrance. But not only that, the driver dropped people off at their cars, handed them their car keys and helped us off once again with our luggage! I didn't know service like that existed in our country anymore without paying 5-star prices! That's the kind of experience you want when travelling with young children; no queues, no fuss; just absolute convenience. Thankyou very much!!

overall a very good long stay car parking facility indeed. i have recommended the car park to friends who are due to go on holiday.

quick, punctual, convient. There in minutes to rescue me from the pouring rain, friendly, but driver could be a little more helpful with luggage when returning back.Driver going was very helpful.Overall good experience.

This parking was easy to book, close to airport, fast efficient service to and from airport and good value fro money.

on arrival staff helped with cases - much appreciated, and on return we were dropped right beside our car.

The staff are extremely pleasant, the transfers are quick and frequent in comfortable buses. Definitely the best company I have used - I'd recommend them! Very efficient.

Good facility. Well organised ad the folks there are most helpful. Driver helped with the bags and took us more or less to our car when we returned. Really easy service to use, will use again.

The whole operation; from the assistance given to us by the drivers from our arrival at the car park and our final departure for home, ensured there were no delays and minimised the struggle I would have had with my wife in her wheelchair and our luggage.

We spent a lot more time in the office when we arrived . However on our return every thing was excellent..........perhaps the coin for the card wasn't explained very well but we will know the routine next 98% easy!!!
