I have used secure airparks on many occassions. Overall their service is first class. My only gripe be it small, is that often the pick up process could be a litte better. Often the telephone service does not work within the airport, and often you are waiting quitre a few minutes on the pick up bus. As a suggestion would it not be better that a bus is waiting for passengers rather than trying to use the telephone ?

Good efficient service and well worth the money. It honestly does not take much longer to transfer by bus than walking from the short stay car park on the airport site!

Very convenient car park and efficient service. Several agencies sell space in this park, so your services are essential to get a good price.

The transfer bus was waiting for us on arrival at the car park and we were at the airport within 5 minutes of parking our car. On return we used the freephone service and made our way to the pick up point. The shuttle arrived within 5 minutes and dropped us off at our car. This is by far the best service we have received from any car parking company and would use them again.

We used the car park during the summer when the check-in clerk was rude to each customer in the queue. This second booking was an act of faith! On this occasion everything was fine.

We have used Secure Airparks several times with absolutely no complaint. Coach stopped us near our car on return and drivers are very helpful. Will definitely use Secure Airparks again.

It is close to airport, with no delays in getting you to the airport once the car is parked and they also help with the heavy luggage on and off the buses. We have parked twice recently and will certainly use this facility again. Well done.

A very efficient and quick transfer to and from airport, which is much better than the official airport long term parking.

As mentioned above, you score excellent on price & on fast/efficient transfer service. From my own experience you would have ticked all the boxes and differentiated yourself from the compeition if you could have delivered on individual service & made it feel like I was more than just another 'number'. I know its hard to do when all you want is for someone to park your car, however even a few reassuring questions like - 1. Have you used the service before 2. Do you want me to run through quickly what will happen when you drop car off & then pick up 3. Anything else that you are unsure about ? All would have helped to top off the experience which was overall a positive one.

Maybe it was just luck, but on both occasions I've used this company I was whisked away and whisked back almost immediately. This time bad luck, for some reason my car wasn't at the point where it should have been on my return, but everyone else's was, so probably a minor blip. All sorted out in a couple of minutes. OK we'd all like cheaper parking, but as good as it gets.

I am afraid my comments have been marred by our recent experience. We booked airpark parking on-line however the information seemed to be blocked by a fire wall and no confirmation etc. was forthcoming. We therefore carried out the process from a different PC with success and a voucher was obtained. However when arriving at Edinburgh Secure Parks the same vehicle had been booked twice. The adviser told us to write to Holiday Extra explaining the circumstances to which I have done. They unfortunately pass it back to you in that you charge them so they can't offer a refund. My problem is you take payment for the same vehicle, car reg, dates etc. but must know only too well that only one space can be occupied. Therefore leaves a rather poor taste in one's mouth having used your service before and been more than happy with the service provided.

This car park was easy to find, about 2mins tranfer on bus to airport. The staff where very helpfull, no hassle or waiting, we where picked up straight away on return journey. This is the the second time i have used this car park and would use it again in the future.

It was a very handy, quick and friendly service, like i said the only dwn side was that the bus was very crowded with people standing. I realise that this is due to the number on the flight nut the last thing you can be bothered with after a long flight is such things. this is just a little thing but service was first class thank you

I have used it several times now. The staff are helpful, no hanging about, and it is very convenient for the airport, with very clear directions. You drop your car at reception, and the bus takes you right back to your car on your return.It is also excellent value for money.

It was very efficient and speedy. The free telephone service in the airport lounge when I returned as good. They were able to tell me that there was a bus waiting and presumably the bus driver knew to expect me. The whole transfer took about 5 mins max.

Overall I was very satisfied with your level of service and I most certainly will use your facilities again in the near future.

The car park is ideally situated for Edinburgh airport, prices are competitive, staff friendly and helpful. Would use again if flying from Edinburgh and would recommend!

Perfect to reach, perfect for transfers. Nice big coaches which travel back and forth constantly. Good value for money.
