Once I found the car park it was all nice and smooth, no waiting around, very friendly service. Certainly value for money.

This was an excellent service, at a competitive price. We had a terrible experience in Manchester with BCP. We left our Cars at a hotel, and were collected by shuttle to go to the airport, having decided to use one night accomodation included in the deal for the night we returned from Portugal. On return they could only find one of our three cars, and turned out two had remained in the hotel car park for the two weeks. We received no reasonable offer of compensation, and BCP eventually refused to correspond. I will not knowingly use them as a result.

The service worked well. I imagine had I parked in the short term car park at the airport I'd have taken as much if not more time to get from car to terminal and back, considering finding a space, buyiny ticket etc. The minibus service was extremely prompt both ways.

The service received at reception on arrival at the car park was fast and efficient, minimising the time taken to transfer to the terminal building. However, the return was less efficient in that we waited some time for the coach to pick up from the stance at the terminal and return to the car park, although being dropped off imediately beside the car was a bonus.

Excellent service and great value for money. In the past if we were going away for a few days or a long weekend we would take a taxi to and from the airport which cost us a small fortune. From now on we'll be using your service as it's so convenient, not to mention much cheaper too!

No hassle trying to remember where you parked the car x days ago, efficient transfer from car to terminal and back again. Quicker and easier that finding a space in long term parking and then having to find the bus stop to wait for the bus. I will definately use this service again!

First class service. Booking on line was so easy, and the transfers to and from airport excellent. Will definitely fly from Edinburgh again and will definitely use your facilities. Have also recommended to friend from Edinburgh that he should use facility rather than taxi transfers between house in future.

This was the first time i had used Airport parking and it certainly won't be the last.I found it a brilliant service , with absolutely no waiting at all either going to the airport or returning. The bus even dropped me off right at my car. A fantastic service overall.

I reluctantly used Secure Airparks several journeys ago. I was worried by the thought of someone else driving my new Passat TDi, and worried about the prospect of sardine parking causing door dings. I have absolutely no complaints about the service. The staff in the office are helpful and courteous and the drivers are too. My last journey to Dublin was to help my eldest daughter and her two young children back home (3 yrs and 17 mnths) we had lots of luggage and car seat and push chair. The driver was most helpful and carried our luggage onto his bus and he helped us unload. He was also very kind to the children too. Much appreciated and great service so far.....long may it continue.

First time user for long term parking as flying for honeymoon. Excellent service, peace of mind as secure parking. Door to door pick up from airport and delivery to car door fantastic when coming back in the early hours after long trip.

When we arrived to leave the car at the car park - the 'check in' was very quick and efficient. Bus was ready and waiting to take us to the airport. On our return - again the bus was waiting to take us to the car park and the car was ready and waiting for us on our arrival!

Booking on line was secure. No problems with details on arriving information all available at desk. Sign posts to car park no very clear, but easy enough to find. Would be better if there was someone to greet you when you arrived and you show you where to go to check in. Easy to travel back to car park from airport. Whole experience was fine and would recommend to everyone to use.

No problem finding car park. Service very quick and efficient, transfer to airport great, helped me with case onto and off transport. Upon return and calling on courtesy phone, they were there within minutes to collect me and took me straight to car. Brilliant, no worries, no hassle, just what you need. I will certainly be using them again.

I was running late and didnt have time to find your car park area so parked in the first available one which was NCP and parked there. Since presumably I didnt actually use your service I would have expected a refund or the ability to get free usage next time. Some kind of map of the car park in the Airport area would seem to be worthwhile. Thanks

It was really good to know that your car is secure when you go on a trip and that even if your flight is delayed you don't need to worry about getting back to your car as there is a really easy way to get in contact with them to pick you up with no extra charge. I found it the easist and cheapest way to park with great service as i am a frequent flyer.

I've use this car park almost every month for business travel, service is fast and efficient. Only 1 mins to terminal building. I think they should start up a loyalty point to business user then we would be able to benefit when we continue to use for personal travel.

I have only used one other airport parking facility. Direct Parking at Glasgow Airport, which I have used several times. In terms of service and effort to please it is head and shoulders above Secure Parking at Edinburgh. The transfer driver on Departure was quite helpful, the Return driver not at all helpful.

Office staff very pleasant on my second time using the services, driver of coach most helpful and loaded luggage without being asked. On my return the same service was extended, although a different driver, which leaves one with the opinion that company policy is good.

I was not happy that I had to leave my car keys - I had my Sat-Nav in car and had to take with me as I wasn't going to take a chance of someone pinching it! at Meteor Parking (long stay) at airport you park your own car in a numbered bay and take the key with you - this is preferable.

This was the smoothest part of our holiday, i.e. the only part that went hassle free! Easy parking of your car, quick bus ride without waiting, dropped off near airport terminal, return journey just as good but you get dropped off right at your car - strongly recommend this service.
