Absolutely no problems with my experience. Parked, checked in, only waited about 3/4mins for transfer to airport. On the way back, we phoned up, walked to bus stop and bus took us straight to car with no waiting at all. Car park seems secure. Still don't really understand why it's necessary to have to leave your keys though. All in all very good! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

We arrived on schedule and the directions were easily followed and accurate, the car park was a doddle to find (what a bonus). The car park signage gave clear instructions for booking in etc. The receptionist was both cheery, helpful and knowledgable about our destination. The transfer to the airport was great; clean, quick and smooth. All in all a fine experience.

Secure Air Park is within minutes from Edinburgh Airport Terminal and very efficiently run. I have used other Edinburgh Airport car parking facilities in the past and would now only use Edinburgh Secure Airpark after having some poor experiences previously.

On my most recent return last week from the USA I had a flat tyre. It was early morning, just getting light and I was by myself. I asked the bus driver where I could find the nearest garage, he said the company has an air supply and duly inflated the tyre. He could not have been more helpful.

On first visit staff assumed I knew the procedures so I had to ask apparently daft questions about keys being left on dashtop, car location on return etc. A few lines of text on a card, describing procedures, would have made all clear and I wouldn't have felt such a dummy. It's a small point, overall I'm pleased to have found you.

We found Edinburgh Secure Airparks reasonably priced - the cost of a meal out - and for that, we were able to leave the car with them and then be taken by coach to the airport that was only a few minutes away. We then phoned them when we returned and the coach was there waiting for us before we had reached the pickup point! The driver was really helpful and helped my husband with the luggage. Would definitely use them again.

The transfers to the airport were first class with no delay before the bus was available. The staff were courteous and friendly and assisted with the loading and unloading of luggage. Even with a midnight arrival the transport was quick and efficient and we were dropped at our car and the keys were ready. Altogether a first class service.

This was my first time using the carparking at Edinburgh Airport. I usually fly from Glasgow and was a bit apprehensive about using a carpark I had never used before, especially as I had only got my new car a few weeks before leaving on holiday. I had nothing to worry about. The staff were excellent and very helpful on arrival and leaving. I would have no hesitation in using them again, indeed I have recommended them to a friend who has also now booked them for her future holiday.

Check in was swift and courteous. Transfer was immediate. On returning again transfer was immediate. Car was ready and waiting for us. Driver helped with our luggage. Very helpful and courteous service. Excellent. We would certainly use this again. Full marks.

I have been using airport car parks for years, but never from Edinburgh. On arrival my booking was processed and I was on the way to the airport in less than 5 minutes. On my return there was a shuttle waiting to meet the flight, my car had been brought to a close at hand pick up point. Airport to on the road 5 mins. Superb service - will definitely use again and recommend.

We found the transfer very slick. On arrival we booked in, left the car and were on the bus and at the airport in 5 minutes flat. On our return we 'phoned from the terminal and proceeded to the bus stance where the coach was sitting. We were on our way and back at the park in 5 minutes again, where we were dropped off by the driver right beside our car. Keep up the good service.

From arrival at car park to arriving at departure lounge was no more than 10 mins. Coach was waiting for us to remove luggage from our car then we were away. On arrival back we used the text message facility and the coach was waiting for us at the stand. All customers on the same flight had their cars parked together making drop offs simple. Will definitely use them again.

The service was fast and quick, very close to the airport. On return from your flight the bus stance was easy to find and we had no need to call. The driver was expecting the correct number in our party. Directions from the car park into Edinburgh or to the bridge could be better for those unfamiliar with the city.

We drove into Edinburgh Secure Airparks and we didn't even have to wait around - the coach to the terminal was spotless and the driver was very nice. On our return, again the coach was waiting for us and a couple of other passengers. Again the driver was very helpful and we would certainly use their facilities again.

Have used this company repeatedly now over the past few years. Myself and my family are always met with a smiling face even in the wee small hours and even when you feel like you're on your last legs because of flight delays. They might delay your plane but the team at Edinburgh Secure Airparks are always there on time when you need them. In an uncertain world of air travel these guys are always there when you need them. Will use this car park again. Had problems at baggage and we were an hour later than planned, staff were really understanding and had a bus waiting for us when we eventually left the airport. Bus took us directly to our car and driver was friendly and helped us with our luggage. Great service.

When we arrived,our booking had not been put through to their computer. I had booked on the internet, but the very polite efficient receptionist fixed it no problem from my booking number. From then on in everything was plain sailing. The proximity to the airport is excellent. Would use again without doubt.

Drove straight there (directions given were good) and was at the terminal within 5 minutes. On return by the time we'd walked from arrivals the transport was there to take us to our car. The car had been preped for our return and we just had to drive away. Hassle free and competatively priced, they get my vote and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Secure Carparks came through with flying colours at a critical moment: when we dropped off our car, I accidentally left my luggage keys on the keyring in the ignition. Secure Carparks' staff were more than happy to help and retrieved the keys I needed which were dropped off by bus driver on the very next journey inbound to the airport. The bus driver handed me the keys with a smile and wished me a pleasant journey. It's times like this when true customer service is put to the test and Secure Carparks came through for us without hesitation. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. THANK YOU!

We were left standing for a considerable time at the wrong Stance near midnight on our return from Nice. This was due to an anannounced change,and there was no means of talking to a live operator. Next time we will choose a car park which has human operators instead of prerecorded messages which are useless,
