The car park staff were helpful and the bus turned up on time. We had some difficulty finding our car but all went well.

I have used secure airparks in the past and thoroughly recommend them as they are hassle free and very efficient on the transfers, waited only a few minutes on return at airport for bus.

Could not fault this service. Transfers both ways were excellent. Dropped next to my car on return .Was on my way home within mimutes

Excellent facility and great value for money. The transfers to/from the Terminal were fast and efficient and no problems of access or additional charges imposed when we returned on a long delayed flight. We will be using this facility every time we fly from Edinburgh.

After experiencing delays in France and again in London it was so good to see that the bus was there waiting for us. We also received prompt attention on our arrival. Staff cheery and friendly.

This was the first time we had used E S airparks. I didn't like leaving my car unlocked and the carpark was a bit rough,however the transfer to airport was quick. On the way back we got Nigel Mansell as a transfer bus driver however he had appeared at the stand a few minutes after we arrived and he stopped right outside our car, which was great and the car was fine. No fuss exit. On arrival I noticed a sign saying no resposibility would be taken for any damages caused unless the car had been inspected for an additional £5 - which I dont remember seeing this on the wesite when I booked. I would recommend and would use again

did not have to wait any length of time to get to the airport bus was very quick and on return bus was at the bay ready and waiting and our car was ready and waiting for us a very good service would certainly use it again

Great value and great service. Dropped car off at 5.00am,bus waiting for us to take us to airport,less than 5 mins away. Return journey just as easy, bus driver dropped us right outside our car which is great when you have 4 kids and 5 suitcases, would certainly use again.

Excellent place to park your car when going away have been in many parks all over the country and this was by far the best yet Efficient and courteous staff, car ready and waiting on our arrival home and great value for money Will definitely use again

i found the service from your company very helpfull.the car park was very easy to find,we had no bother parking the car.when we came homejust a phone call to let you know we were back and we got bus right to car i will be going away in oct and i will park my car there again

Found the directions for Option 2 Edinburgh spot on! Parking bays at the front are a good idea as we walked straight onto the bus. coming back , bus was waiting and dropped us by the car. Will use again.

Easy to find and use. Only problem was finding curtisy phone(map on ticket was great help) Airport need to make sign more visible

I found the dirctions given for the secure park very easy to understand and accurate. From the time we registered, it took only a few minutes and we were on the bus, having been assisted with our luggage. Thereafter, it was only about 3-4 minutes to the airport. On our return, again the bus arrived promptly and we were at our car within about twelve minutes and ther homeward bound. A great service and very good value for tyhe money.

Overnight return flight but transfer waiting and dropped in car park at car, no problems with secure exit due to coin barrier system used. Made all the difference to the holiday.

was dealt with quickly and promptly. Telephoned on arrival and time I go to bus stance pick up was waiting. Great service.

I find Secure Air Parks to be the best in Edinburgh Airport by a long way - largely because the service is so prompt - with other operators, I have found a very long wait for a pick-up. The only thing i would ask you to consider is having a pay phone in your office for those like me who still do not have mobile phones and would like to ring our nearest and dearest when we arrive and pick up teh car! well, lit car park, very easy to find. However not comfortable leaving our keys in the cars when we got in the bus to go to the airport. Other airport car parks , you hand the keys in. Also they dont take your cases from you when loading them on to the bus which is difficult when you have a baby to carry as well. But i must admit they were on time on arrival back in edinburgh. good service overall, not excellant though

I found the staff very stern and serious...it lacked a friendly face. However everything else was great.
