I always book on best pricefor short trips, my only proviso being that the car park is adjacent to the airport. This is probably the best of the bunch at Edinburgh airport in terms of speed and efficiency of service. Only gripe is that I have to leave the keys and my car is reparked by staff. If I was on an extended trip I would probably opt fot the NCP site because I take the keys and I know my car isn't going to be moved to a field somewhere.

From the moment I arrived until I picked up my car on my return everything was efficiently organised and courteously carried out. There were no delays and no hanging around. Have used this carpark twice now and experience the same on both occasions.

I was running late for my flight, but the transfer was quite smooth! Checking into the car park was a breeze and the driver helped me to transfer my bags, and I was dropped off right at the entrance to the departure lounge. Getting back into Edinburgh, I called in to request for a bus, and it seemed to take a while to get in though (not more than 10 minutes - it could have been much less!) I was dropped off right at my car, again helped with my bags and I was ready to go off. I will definitely be using Secure Airparks again.

This was easy to find. Directions were very easy to follow. On arrival there was little waiting about, transport was there and very quickly had us at the airport. On return the phone was in a position to be seen and transport was there with the minimum of delay. My car was waiting and we were out and on the road in a matter of minutes.

Turned up about 30 minutes early for dropoff - no problem at all; checked in swiftly with no hassles and immediately on to the bus over to the airport. On the way back, only had to wait a couple of minutes at the stop for the bus to pick us up and were then dropped off directly at our cars. Will definitely use Secure Airparks again.

Everything was great, from checking in to collection. I was travelling alone and the coach driver got of the coach and took my suitcase onto the coach for me, this ma be nothing to other people however to me it was going the extra mile as far as customer service is concerned. Normally you are left to struggle. I will definetly book again.

I wouldn't use this parking again if I had a choice. I don't like leaving my keys with them. The security lock wasn't used when I collected it, steering wheel was unlocked, keys on dashboard and doors open. There is a barrier and anyone could walk in there. Keys should be collected from the office and car should be locked at all times.

It was a great experience using secure parking. I had read on the website the signage could be better, so expected it to be difficult to find, but they had obviously put up extra signs in response to this feedback, the transfer was prompt both ways, the drivers courteous and helpful it was generally a hassle free experience. Good value for money. Highly recommended

Very smooth transfer. Just drive in, park car, go to reception to get parking ticket to display in car and leave keys on dash, get on bus for transfer to terminal. Return just as easy. Great service and so convenient being so close to terminal. Will use again and highly recommend.

Used the carpark twice in February, for a week then a weekend, both times cost was very reasonable and had no problems. The second time my car wouldn't start and a member of staff appeared almost right away with jump leads and a battery when I asked for help. Great service!

Very efficient service. Transfer driver very helpful and friendly. Overall, very good service.

Got to car park and within 5 mins had checked in and was on way to airport terminal. Took about 1 min to get there. On return my wife and I waited approx 3 mins for bus to arrive. Got back to car park and bus took us straight to our cars, which were now open with key left inside. GREAT SERVICE and would most certainly use them again. WELL DONE SECURE AIRPARKS.

First class service; never had to handle a bag from pick up to drop off; pleasant drivers dropped off on return right beside car; no waiting for transfers on way out or on return.

The office staff member on our flight departure day was very abrupt; I'd read the instructions beforehand but the final details could have been delivered in a more friendly and less dismissive manner. Efficiency needn't be officious. The driver was pleasant and helpful. On my return I joined a queue of 8 or so others who'd already been waiting at stance 6 for a considerable time; one of them was in the process of phoning to ask where the bus was. It still took a while for the bus to arrive. The driver on this occasion was uncommunicative and nobody was sure which of the stops their car was at since the driver did not call out any names; it was raining so it was difficult to see our parked car. It is possible that the driver was not a native English speaker - in which case he could have been given appropriate assistance and training. The above comments are intended to be constructive and I have every intention of using the car park again.

I was really very impressed by the service offered - the price was amazing and the customer service excellent. I can't praise the site highly enough.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to use this service, especially booking on-line, and liked the convenience of taking my own car. The bus service to the airport was very good and car looked after.

The staff are extremely friendly and the service is second to none!! Do not be put off by the cheaper price offered as I would use this car park over and over again.

A bit confusing on approach, even with sat Nav, but that was OK. Knew exactly where to put my car right next to office and bus pick up. On return called office to register my return, bus was already at the stop, tok off within minutes and dropped me at the boot of my car. You can't get better than that.
