Only complaint I had was the driver who picked us up on the return; he was not very pleasant. We had just spent 3 hours at Stansted due to the bomb scare at Edinburgh so we were tired and his attitude left a lot to be desired. The driver on the outward transfer was lovely and very helpful. Will still book again with them.

Very efficient company. Just next to airport with quick transfer times. Staff were helpful and courteous. Car waiting for us on return. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I have used this carpark on a number of occasions and have found the staff courteous and helpful, transfers to and from the airport easy and hassle free and most importantly good value for money.

This is an excellent service - easy to use, straightforward and without endless paperwork. The pick-up at the terminal building is fast and smooth - I was on the road within 5 minutes of picking up my bags.

The car park is as close as you can get to the airport and was easy to find. Checking in was quick and the transfer bus took us straight to the terminal. On return, the bus arrived within a few minutes and stopped just where our car was parked. You couldn't ask for a better service.

We were happy with their service and the fact that our car was ready for pick up. It was nice to be away for almost a month and not have to worry about transport and our car. Your services were greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

Pre-booked via website and very quick and simple to drop car off. On arrival back at the airport, the shuttle bus took us directly to the car. Only quibble is that the courtesy phone in the airport (to call shuttle bus once arrived back at the airport) is connected to a machine, not a person - but the shuttle bus still turned up in a couple of minutes.

The service was excellent. I was transferred 5 minutes after arriving and about 10 minutes after I arrived back at the airport. Then dropped off right at my car.

Having compared local parking charges, I once again chose Simply Parking. The service is excellent with rapid, efficient trouble free processing and no-hassle transfers to the airport five minutes away. I will definitely continue to use Simply Parking.

Having parked at other airports (usually Newcastle) their service was faster, the staff were quicker and pleasanter - and you cost a fraction of the Newcastle charges. Thanks.

Both transfer drivers were incredibly helpful. I was travelling on my own and the help given to me with my case, without me asking, was very much appreciated.

Knew who I was when I walked in ( nice touch )but was not a busy time of year. Only took around nine mins. from time I handed over keys untill I was at airport. Pick up from airport also quick, did see bus just leave as I walked up to stance but got picked up within 4 mins.

Overall it was excellent. Although using the directions in option one, it does not state that you should enter a gate with a Road Closed sign. Continuing on almost takes you on to the runway. I am also unsure about insurance if your car is stolen. Your own policy will be invalidated when you leave your keys inside the car. There is a barrier, but hardly sufficient to stop a decent thief.

We were pleasantly surprised at the ease and efficient manner in which we were looked after. The location was easily accessible, we were efficiently looked after in the kiosk. The transfer to the airport very efficient. Upon return we were picked up at the airport and delivered right to our car. The exit onto the main road easily accessable. I can't give enough kudoos for the great service. Will definately use this method again.

When we arrived there was someone waiting for us who escorted me to the port a cabin. I sighed a document they took my keys and away we went in the bus to the terminal. The full process took less than five minutes. On the way back we texted the number for the bus when we got our bags and the bus was waiting at the stance, who then dropped us off straight outside our car. I couldn't recommend this service enough, it was excellent!!!! and will definitely be using it again.

As I live in Scotland and my family in surrey I visit frequently and every time I use Secure Airparks also for yearly holidays. I find them consistant with good service,prompt,friendly, convenient,efficient and definatly excellant value for money.I would highly recommend them.

The whole procedure leaving my car and then picking it up on my return was quick, efficient, friendly and very straightforward indeed. The two minute transfer to and from the airport was unbelievably hassle-free compared to my many experiences parking at Stansted and Luton. I couldn't fault it!

Ther Secure park is excellent, the bus service is always there in five minutes or less, I just text the number on the card as I pick up the bags and the bus is waiting. Drivers are always friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for a better service and I haver tried them all at Edinburgh

visitors from abroad may find the car park a bit drab, a little landscaping would start and finish a good holiday feel and put it ahead of rivals close by. As this is my only critisism then you can say I was very happy with the service and advise people to use it also. Many thanks
