Only reservation I have is that on our return we were fortunate to be the only ones on the bus and were taken directly to our car,but if the transfer bus had been busy would we have been driven all round the car park dropping people at their cars?

The car park was easy to find and the transfers were there when and whenever needed, staff were a pleasure to deal with no complications easy for myself and flexible thankyou for making my stay for my car fine.

The directions were very good, booking in was easy, collection time from the airport was minimal as was collecting my vehicle from its parking bay. I would certainly use this service again.

We could not have recieved a better service as entire experience was efficient and faultless, well done and thanks for adding to the enjoyment of our wonderful holiday.

No delays, processing of booking, arrangements at the airport and the transfers in both directions work like clockwork.

This was the first time we had used this service. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised - everything went without a hitch. It wasn't the cheapest out of all the parking companies we'd looked at, but we decided to use this one on the basis that it was right next to the airport, therefore the transfers were quick and straight forward. We would recommend this service and we would use it again. Only suggestion I'd make would be that the staff could have been a bit friendlier - a smile and a more cheery demeanor would have been appreciated.

easy online booking, have used a few airport parkings but this one definately comes up ace, and great value for the money

last vist, came to book in,clerk asked for flight number, i didnt have,as i dont have printer, just had ref no cleark was quite confused, he asked when i was returningi told him date and time, he couldnt find on computor,i had to find it for him, on my return on leaving the arm would not go up after i put the token in,came in to get help,got the same clerk,told him we couldnt get out, he proceeded to ask aload questions your surman name,regisration no, isaid politely could you just open the gate, which he did, otherwise everything was fine, Rguards Jim

The process of parking is easy. Drop the car off next to the check-in office, check in, jump on the transfer bus outside the office and, within three minutes, you have been dropped off at the terminal building. Returning to the airport is equally easy. Come out of the terminal building, walk to the allocated bus stop next to the terminal (around 100 yards), wait for the bus (couple of minutes at worst) and the bus drops you off right next to your car. You can be on your way home within minutes of getting off the plane.

Great service. Dropped off right at my car. Only took a minute to drop off etc. Great service and within 2 mins of the airport.

Parking paradise. Easily found and effortless transfer to terminal. Simply couldn't be better.

I've used Secure Airparks many times and have never had any problems with them. They are always well organised and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the transfers to/from Edinburgh Airport.

This was the second time we had used Secure Airpaks at Edinburgh Airport. On arrival you report to the reception with the voucher you printed off when booking.After confirming your name/registration etc you leave your keys for the staff to park the car in a proper space within the secure parking area where it remains for the duration of your trip. It takes less than a minute to book in and is a very easy proccess. You then board the shuttle to the airport which takes about 2 minutes. On your return you phone the office on the number given to you and are picked up at the terminal fairly quickly.On arrival at the secure park you are given a token for the barrier and then the shuttle driver takes everyone right to their car and gives them their car keys. It is a great service with freindly staff and it was the cheapest one I found after searching various sites. Will use again for sure!

Arrival procedures a bit confusing. Poor signage and lack of staff left you guessing what to do next.

Despite phone calls from everyone it was disappointing to be left standing in the cold for 20 minutes while competitors' buses came and went. Then when 2 buses arrived together one left with flight staff immediately, while ours waited a further 10 minutes for another flight.

Arrival easy... Transfer to airport easy... Pick up from airport easy... Car cleaned.... Easy for me and all the family..... Great Value...

It was easy. Just rolled up in the car, handed keys over and got on the bus. On returning the bus was there waiting and keys were handed out and we were delivered direct to the car. Things couldn't have been easier. Definietly use them next time we fly.

Its unfortunate the bus has to drive all the way past the departure gate to the stance and you have to double back but the transfers were great, there was no waiting about at all.
