As stated above, have used Secure Air Park at Edinburgh many times, and the security/service has always been consistent. Obviously, the locality of the Parking in relation to the airport is excellent.

Unlike some other airport parking firms with cluttered yards, a tacky office and cramped minibus, Secure Airparks offer a professional service with a tidy, spacious drive-in area, an efficient office (even at 5 am), a modern clean bus for the short transfer to the airport and just as good a service on return, with drop off just beside the car. I will defintely use them again.

Car park simple to find and service to and from the terminal was speedy and straightforward. Staff friendly and helpful.

Finding the car park is easy, right at the end of the road into Ingleston next to the round-about and well signed. The check in is simple, just remember to take your booking form and know your return flight number to make it easy on your return. The bus service to and from the airport takes approx 2-3 minutes and is very regular. On your return you get picked up at stance 6 but you must have the card to hand that you are given when you check inso that you can get the car keys back and a token to exit the secure park. All in all, a simple and quick service to use.

Cust serv and transfers was not rated 'best' only because on our return we just missed a coach, the driver could see we were coming but reversed from the coach park anyway. He shouted there would be another coach in 5mins, this turned out to be 20mins. However, the next coach driver was friendly, helpful, helped with luggage etc etc. Would definately use this carpark again and would definately recommend to others. Directions to carpark were spot on, checking in was very quick and was most impressed with not having to visit reception on return journey at 10.30pm as driver had my car key and the exact location of my car.

Had the car valeted whilst away £25 for a basic valet, not really impressed for £25 the little that was supposed to be done to car was probably of the lowest quality possible. Would not recommend getting them valet your car, although on the upside they didn't damage the car whilst valeting it, or maybe that's an indication of how little it was touched!

We had just arrived and the bus was there for us. Fast transfer to airport. On return the bus was waiting, we didn`t need to phone.You are given a token in exchange for the card they give you when you leave, and the token lets you out the barrier on exit. You are taken to your car in the bus. The best service we have used so far 5*.

Will use again, very efficient, friendly staff, picked up and dropped off without fuss. Great value for money.

Directions to car park were accurate and easy to follow; dropping off car at car park was straight forward; bus to airport left within a few minutes and took no time at all; not long to wait for bus on our return trip; dropped off at car park right next to our car; could not have gone any smoother.

The whole process was fast,smooth and efficient. On our return the busdriver had our car keys ready and dropped us off by the car. There was no hanging around. We chose the car park due to the high security rating. It was not the cheapest car park but well worth the extra few pounds for peace of mind on holiday.

I picked this parking service because it was so close to the airport with short transfer time and was happy to pay more for this service. unfortunately on my return journey I had to wait, late at night with a child, for half an hour before being picked up and taken to my car.

On the return journey from the airport to the car park there was a longer than usual delay. The bus was full, there was a delay getting out of the bus stance because someone had left his bus blocking the exit.

compared with the car park we normally use at Edinburgh airport Secure Parking was considerably better. In particular the bus driver was polite and helped with our suitcases.

The car park was really close to the airport as compared with other airports we have experienced and to have the car ready without a massive walk to find where we had left it was a major plus. Superb service and a great end to our trip! Well done Secure Airparks!

The service provided is excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. It is also very good value and worth every penny. You also seem to improve with every visit keep up the good work. Always my my first choice.

We have only used Edinburgh airport twice.On our first visit we abandoned our car at 04.00,taking our keys with us. On arrival a week later we had no idea where we had left our car. Although we are older travellers we do frequent trips and are aware of our surroundings. What a difference with your company to be taken directly to our car.

never had a problam with this car patk use 4 5 times year even at 3 in morning friendly staff verry good on return want a hassel free start and finish its best pity airlines did not run same service! good value for money jimmy paterson

Excellent service - timings perfect. No hanging about waiting on transfers. Very punctual and helpful. No hesitation in booking again.

This air park is within a few minutes of the terminal and seems to have an efficient system for keys etc. Transfer buses were readily available and bus drivers helpful.
