Very good experience, booked online, quick check in on arrival and very short waiting time for transfer bus. Same on return approx 5 min waiting on bus but then dropped right at car. Very good experience, worth the cost and will use next time.

Very convenient and regular bus service; very good arrangement for receiving keys back and being dropped off right beside car. My only irritaion is the amount of paperwork that comes with such bookings as my computer prints the whole lot (4 pages) when all I really need to print is one small bit!

As above really - we were impressed and would definitely use Seccure Airparks again.

Driver was waiting for us on arrival to carpark. Although only customers, we were taken to airport on the bus straight away rather than waiting for other passengers. On our return, bus arrived promptly after phoning. Pleasant staff.

Smooth car drop-off and collection. Both transfer to and from airport smooth. Bus was waiting at airport stance when coming back and didn't wait until full, transferred with only 2 on the bus. Short-transfer time allows this. Will definately use again.

Thought the staff were helpful especially the coach driver who helped with all the luggage and only had to wait about five minutes for the coach to arrive at the bus stop on the return journey, all in all a very good experience, would definately recommend them to friends and would use them again

On arrival (4am) was immediately attended to. Admin. was quick and efficient. Immediate transfer by bus. Driver VERY helpful, loading all luggage with some cheery banter. On return, short wait for bus but again, driver very helpful, taking us to within a few yards of our car to minimise carrying of luggage. Would use again.

A smooth operation from deposit to pickup. We were dropped right at our car on return (no tedious searching). I would use them again.

Very fast and efficient service, no waiting about. Shuttle bus was already waiting for me on my return flight. Have recommended to my work colleagues. This is the 3rd time of using and shall be back.

We didn't have to wait long for transfer buses to and from airport - only took a few minutes to get to airport. Bus drivers were friendly and helpful, and on return we were dropped off right at our car. Worth the money and will definitely use again.

I have never used Secure AirParks before and it was so easy. I logged my details online and when I arrived I just had to hand over my keys and hop on the bus. On the way back I just texted the number on the card I had been given once I arrived back. Hopped on the bus again and was dropped off at the car, with my keys and a token to get out the carpark. I will be using this service again.

Had considered the BAA car parks as they were closer to the terminal, but having used Secure Airpark Edinburgh I found it was just as convenient, quick and efficient - and cheaper!

Everything went smoothly until I got the car and notices the trim had popped of the passenger side front wheel arch which did pop back dispite a broken attachment, but thats wasnt the main problem: Ten miles away from the airport I noticed my diesel was disapering fast so pulled into harthill sevices and to my horror the engine was drenched in deisel. Turns out a section of fuel return pipe was gone (suspected rodent damage the AA man recons) and was pouring it out like a severed artery. Wonder what would have happened had it been a petrol engine?

Excellent value for money and staff were fantastic.

Good service and directions seemed quit clear. However, found it difficult to find in the dark as signs to the Airpark not very visible at the roundabouts and junctions.
