I always used this company and I always been satified by their services.

I was impressed by the service and the system that has been set up. I cannot fault it.

It was an easy park to find from the instructions. The staff were great and the shuttles frequent. I liked not having to lug cases as we were dropped off at our car on our return..

Have used Secure Airparks before and will continue to do so when flying from Edinburgh.Quick and reliable transfers to and from airport.

Great service both when we arrived there and on our return from holiday. The driver on our return was friendly, courteous and very funny. Would certainly use them again.

This was only the second time I have used this parking facility and, the experiences have been so good, I will always endeavour to get a space on any future travel from Edinburgh airport. Not only was the service excellent in every way but, on my return, the driver, hearing I had shoulder damage, not only handled my luggage on and off the bus but actually put it in my boot.

Firstly I did'nt have my booking ref on arrival but the staff sorted me out, lost my parking receipt card on my travels and again the staff were excellent. Tranfers could not have been better our driver was cheery and helpfull. All in all a hassle free experience and I will definately use this carpark again.

shuttle bus very quick and very frequent! car sitting waiting for us on return. just what you want after long flight.

Good system. You are given a card with your details on it. On your return, the bus is waiting, you hand your card to the driver, and the bus stops at your car! Excellent.

This is the third type of airport parking I have used and I think probably the best. On return I was dropped off right beside my car. A very good prompt service.

No waiting. Short trip to terminal. Return transfer exactly to own car.

The service provided was excellent even at 3am. We treated the car to a valet and it was spotless when we came back. The staff were very courteous and we didn't have to wait for any length of time at any point. We will definately use the service again.

Near the airport, prompt transfer, courteous staff, good price. If parking for more than a day or so at airport I would definitely use Secure Airparks over the parking across from the terminal, just because it is so much cheaper.

Your service allowed us to arrive at the airport without the usual streess and the pickup and return to our vehicle was exactly the same.

This was the first time I had used car parking to go on holiday and found it very good. The price was good and the directions to the parking was first class. Would use your company again if it was required, thank you

Staff friendly and efficient. We were travelling with a toddler in a buggy and the driver of the transfer bus on our return to the car park was brilliant, very helpful. When you return to your car the bus actually drops you off right at your car so you don't need to traipse round the car park with your luggage. Would definately use again and would recommend to everyone.

A good service, but feel there should be some sort of discount scheme for previous customers.

The service at Secure Airparks was excellent. Both the reception staff and coach drivers were helpful and friendly. I was a bit wary of leaving my keys but after experiencing the ease of use of this car park, I would not hesitate in using it again and in recommending it to my friends and family.

Secure Airparks at Edinburgh - overall fine. Lady at reception handed us return card but did not say much. Bus was sitting when we arrived and left immediately even though we were only passengers. Driver was friendly and helpful. Bus was waiting for us on return journey. Slight delay waiting for other passengers to board, but this was fine. Bus stopped at each passenger's car (handy if you have luggage) and gave us key back. Only minor negative was felt it a bit expensive at £11 for 1.25 days parking, considering costs less than £40 for 7 days. But cost was on a par with other operators in the area.
