Arrival at the car park was very smooth and efficient. Returning- there was quite a wait for the bus made less pleasant by the weather - v wet. Once bus arrived arrangements were very slick. Fortunately our car was on a dry bit of ground (Others were in deep puddles.)

Would use this car parking again , punctual , reliable and friendly , no concerns at all

Very prompt and highly organised. I am disabled and finding that the bus stopped right beside my car on return was ideal. Staff were at all times extremely helpful and pleasant. Will gladly use this service again.

Have always had fast efficient service and would recommend to anyone. I have no worries when leaving my car at this airpark. Coach drivers and office staff have always been pleasant.

Spot on all the way - close to the airport, courteous staff, quick pick up and collection. Definitely one to use again.

Can not fault Secure Airparks only thing I would say when you come back to get your car ,is to tell driver token is in bag with keys .yours Mr George Meikle.

Efficient and courteous service. Very little waiting time for transport to and from the airport.

The only comment will be to have more clarity about where to take your car on arrival when all the spaces accross the main office are taken. But on the whole, we wil be using it again.

Have used this park several times only negative would be to offer a reasonable discount to continmual users.

Staff all extremely nice, especially our bus driver on return. Arrived back into Edinburgh at 10.30pm with a very tired 4 year old and 18 month old, Hubby left with luggage while I dealt with kids and driver came out to help put luggage on bus and same when he dropped us back at car. Also good that you are dropped off right at your car rather than in a central area of car park.

Somebody has had a good think about what customers actually need at airport car parks and come up with the answer. No more getting overcharged for the pleasures of wandering around in the dark or wet trying to locate your car or a waiting shuttle bus or some help. Well done Secure Airparks!

excellent car park and all works well and on time. used before and will again.

On this occasion the service was great, transfer drivers were both friendly (with the children also) and helpful with bags. Car was waiting for us as requested. On one occasion previously we had a major problem with the car not being locked properly which meant that the battery was dead (this was on a BMW X3 so not a 'banger' by any means) - not what you wanted on your return so have now since asked specifically that the car be locked with the key fob properly.

What more can I say? I am a satisfied customer and would certainly use this car park in future.

I asked the driver how we go about getting to my car, he told me to sit down, he would do it all.. That is excactly what happened.. Brilliant

Signs could be more noticable on the way there, very close to airport, got parked up and to the airport in minutes, the cheapest out of the other airparks. Will be using again, gave a discount code for next booking also!

The drop-off procedure was extremely simple; the staff already knew our details and had them ready, we swapped our car keys for a bus ticket,the bus service waited for us and only took a few minutes to get to airport. On return, we handed in ticket to the bus driver, he then drove us back to the car park and stopped at our car and handed us our keys and a token to leave the secure car park. Staff were courteous, car park appeared secure and well organised. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

The courtesy bus took 15 mins to arrive at the airport, which at midnight seemed like 15 hours. We watched numerous buses of Secure Car Parks competitors come and go including 3 from Scotpark. On arrival at the car park our car was not there as the staff had misread our arrival time and didn't expect us till the next night even though we had given the flight info as requested at time of booking. We had paid £25 for a mini valet which had not been done due to the misunderstood arrival time. This was credited back to our card but took time to process. So all in all it took over an hour before we eventually left the airport in our dirty car. We will be using Scotpark from now on!

A very friendly, helpful and personal service. Help with suitcases much appreciated.

A simple and uncomplicated system from parking your car to getting to the airport and back. Only thing that could be improved is the size of signage getting you to the carpark.
