I left my car in the arrival bay and went to book in. They had no record of my booking and gave me a ticket with "not paid" printed on it. i had to show them my e mail confirmation despite giving them the reference number. When I came back a day later my car was scratched. I told the staff who filled out a form and advised they would look through the CCTV and call me back but I haven't heard anything almost a week later. When i got in the car I noticed the petrol light was on but it hadn't been when I left it. The car was only about 50 yards from the arrival bay. A drawer under the seat had also been pulled out and the CD's inside had been moved. I will never use them again.

This is the best long-term parking solution for Edinburgh Airport--unlike anywhere in Glasgow (for example), at Secure Airparks you park your car right where the coach collects you. The service parks your car for you, and the coach drop you and your bags off right at your car upon your return. Transfers are quick and reliable.

Good location close to airport, but had to wait approx 15 mins for pick-up as there was only one coach running and it was just leaving as we arrived for pickup.

Good pick up arrangements and car ready at departure. Good value and professionally done.

The car park couldn't have been easier to find and directions were simple and easy to follow. The service was 100% efficient, the receptionist had everything to hand immediately we arrived and the bus for transfer was waiting. The driver told us where to get the bus on return and again it was waiting for us. We were delivered right to the car (which had been washed in our absence). The service was worth every penny.

No expecting a bouncy greeting early morning, but staff appeared pre occupied. Basic facilities, but for such a short use each trip it was acceptable. Intial parking and collection area could do with a powerwash. A trip of longer than a week or so, it would probably not be economical and cheaper to be taxied to airport.

Everything was first class and we will certainly be using them in the future.

No problems other than booking was not confirmed on their system, but was through my email. This was resolved very quickly without issue, all in all a great service, many thanks.

Arrived at Edinburgh car park and checkin staff very efficient. Only 2 minute wait for transfer bus and driver very helpfull with luggage. The driver explained the procedure on our return. Unfortuneately, FlyGlobeSpan went into liquidation the next day! Return journey from Gran Canaria took 21 hours. We flew into Manchester and a bus was laid on to go to Glasgow and then Edinburgh. Arrived back at car park 13 hours late. Excess charge was only £4 and my car had been brought to the office for us to pick up. All in all, very efficient and staff couldn't be more helpfull.

ok going waited 20 minutes for bus on return in frezing cold, when he arrived only one bus on not a plesant man.

On arrival we parked the car handed in the keys and immediately a shuttle bus arrived. On the return the shuttle bus was just arriving as we came out of the airport building. The service was fast and friendly with none of that phoning and waiting about that I have experienced in the past from other airport parking services. Will definately use this service again and would highly recommend you try for yourself.

Booked Secure Airparks through Purple Parking and was very impressed with the efficient booking in and transfer. This was particularly noticeable as our flight home from Jersey was 12 hours late due to adverse weather and being rerouted via birmingham and glasgow. Had to phone the number of the ticket at 3 am ish!! 12 hours late!! Prompt efficient and courteous service right back to our car! - no extra charges applied. Will use this car park again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Always happy with your service but this time the driver of our bus on returning was most unhelpful. We are lucky enough not to need any help with our cases but he totally ignored any passengers who did need his help. Must have got out of bed the wrong side that morning

Easy to find carpark. regular transfers to airport and same on return journey. Car safely parked and secure on our return. Excellent value for money.

I was very impressed with how efficient the whole process was. I would definitely use this car park again.
