No problems. All staff were helpfull , courteous and knew the answers to any queries.

Dead easy to book, plesant staff at the carpark at east midlands, good tranfer, only had to wait a couple of minutes for return tranfer, good price, will use this site again.

Have used carpark 5 times in last 2 years and booked in again for September all ways hassle free & very good helpfull staff &I know my car will be safe

In Dec/Jan when i last used your sevice my car was brought to drop off bay feor my onward journey. When I got off the plane and phoned for my car I went drop off bay. No one mentioned previously that you had changed pick up procedure. We stood in windy conditions,not cold but chilly and had to phone the office and was told you had changed procedure and it had been that way for some time.Better communication put the infomation on your booking details on line. I will youse you again .Yous APSewell

I arrived at Airparks before 4.00 am. I collected the ticket at the office, surrended my key and entered the bus. I arrived at the airport some 5 - 7 minutes later. All pretty straight forward. After my holiday I landed at about 12.20 pm. I waited 10 minutes for my bus. The driver told me that I was the only passenger at that time. Upon arrival at East midlands airparks, he found my key, told me where my car was and suggested to bring the car to the luggage rather than the other way round. I left the Airparks within 5 or so minutes. I used Airparks before and I will use them again.

No complaints what so ever, telephoned to say we changed our car no problem. Staff were pleasant, bus was regular every 15-20mins. Safe, secure parking and the price was good.

Perfect start to my holiday, easy system good transfers even the time spent waiting,( one coach left as I arrived)was not a bind. Will recommend to my friends, Thank you R. Biggs

We flew out and returned at very unsocial hours. The service was fully manned and the buses ran to time as stated. A relief!

Very pleasant staff. Wish it were located just slightly nearer airport !

The only thing to reproach would be the non-protection of the cars (snow and cold). The cars are exposed to the weather and during this period it was quiet bad.

The bus driver on our return was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be a more obvious or more signs directing customers to the pick up point when arriving back at EMA

Having paid on line for this service , We was very upset to find that when we returned at 1.30 am, We were then charged a further £6.50 for going half an hour over the time limit !! ( no fault of our own ) . Make sure you don't make the same mistake and give yourselves plenty of time .

the aa route finder was no good so we ended up at airparks late all i can say is the staff were brillient as soon as i said we have only 30 mins to get on the plane the chap behind the desk pulled out all the stops even when the power went off thanks to airparks we got our plane and had a great holiday. THANKS AIRPARKS

After waiting 10mins for the bus to arrive from 11.15pm to 11.25pm with a queue of around 15 people we boarded the bus and waited another 15min until I asked the driver when we would be leaving and he said he was waiting for four other passengers then the rest of the travellers also piped up that they also were sick of waiting, he then took us back to aiparks leaving at 11.40pm, he could of took us straight back and been back to wait for other passengers and they would have to wait the same as we did. It was more a case of picking up the meet and greet drivers. Not happy, won't use again, unless really cheap.

This experience with airparks was plain sailing, everything is well organised when dropping car off and the system they have when picking your car up works extremly well, quick and efficient method of passing your car keys back. well done.Definitely use them again.

Arrived early and took about 2 mins to park car and get instructed about collection etc. I arrived very early - the lady on the reception didn't look happy to be working but that's understandable for anyone at 5am in the morning! Bus was on time arriving and returning to/from airport. Could be signed a bit better on exit from airport (follow bus signs and just wait). Recommend these guys - tip - check timetable as bus has always been on time for me.

I would use airparks again as the staff were helpful and polite. We didn't have to wait too long for the transfer bus to take us to the airport and return us to the car park. Very good value for money and you have the option to have your car delivered to the airport on your return (£20 charge), i personnely didn't take this option up as the journey on the bus is only about five minutes. overall very pleased with the whole experience.

The car parking was booked in January this year for a holiday in August. Booking so far ahead - it cost me less than £20.oo for the week. The day of departure was cold, wet and windy. We left the car in an allocated space and were left to wait with our luggage outside, under a 'tired', open (both sides) 'car port'-style structure - vulnerable to the elements. It is only about 1.5 metres wide. Consequently, after a 20-minute wait for the transfer bus, the bottom half of the each adult and full height of our children were soaked. Airparks transfer buses only run every twenty minutes or so. Waiting for them at this frequency isn't much fun (especially when it's raining on the return trip too). If cost is paramount - use them, but don't expect any frills!

Took a while to find, but that could be our fault. The staff were friendly and we didn't wait long for the coach.

The £20 fee for them to bring your car down the the airport to save you 20 mins (as i was told ) waste of money and took longer than it would to get the coach back to the compound
