Everything was fine and well organised. The only problem I had was finding it, even though I put a post-code in my sat-nav. I arrived in the dark so had difficulty reading signs and finding my way once the sat-nav let me down. Apart from that all was good. I will book again and next time I will be able to find it easier.

From other reviews we read that we actually had to be at the mushroom farm, and that helped enormously when we arrived in the dark early morning hours. Everything went smooth and quick. The staff was a bit grumpy though, but that can be expected at 5 am in the morning. On return from the trip we were picked up very quick, in fact the transfer-van was waiting for us.

We were close to missing our flight due to not being able to find the parking, there were no signs and the directions given to us were of little use. How were we meant to know that the parking was actually within the Mushroom Farm??? Better signs needed and directions!

Now I know where the carpark is I'll use it again. In the dark I couldn't find it and the directions were not good. Could do with beter lighting but otherwise a good alternative to on site parking. Convenient for us as it's on the way to the airport.

I had no real problem with ParkAnFly, you turn up, show them your booking slip, park your own car if you wish and then KEEP your keys with you which I wasn't expecting. They then whisk you up to the airport in the back of a minibus, pot luck on the age of the bus you get but it's less than 10 min transfer so no problem. On your return one quick call, make sure you give them your invoice number and they come and get you. Can't beat the value for money I have to say. Doesn't appear to be much security on site but as they operate 24 hours a day I suppose theft etc is unlikely whilst manned!

Car park was easy to find with quick car drop off and straight onto transfer bus. Office staff efficient but not very welcoming - driver very friendly. Pick-up from airport reasonably efficient and car ready with no problems. I'd use them again. Particularly convenient if coming from the south.

I contacted you for a refund and although initially I was told that I would have to forfeit £7.50 I said that as the staff did not fulfil the contract as they were unable to drive me to the airport the lady agreed to a full refund. SO my only complaint would be that unless I had pressed it I would not have received a full refund which I was entitled to.

Does what it says on the website. But check the postcode for your Sat Nav, was slightly out when we used it!

It is obviuosly a budget parking facility and it does take a while to get to and particularily from the airport, but at the price I am not complaining.

There was no sign at the entrance so we drove around for some time trying to find it. Eventually we went back to the garage to ask and they told us it was at the mushroom farm. We drove back looking for the mushroom farm but there was no lighting at the entrance so again, it took us some time to find. We eventually found you with 20 mins until our gate closed - luckily the girl agreed to drive us straight there and we made it with literally minutes to spare. It was also very dark (we arrived at 7.15 am)so it was very difficult to see to get our baggage out/move it to the minibus and see where we were walking and if there was any ice.

Staff weren't particularly friendly,but no one was rude and we did arrive at 6am to be fair. The only drawback is that there are places closer to the airport such as the Airport Tavern & such like, which I avoided after hearing some poor reviews. My car wasn't filthy inside upon return from muddy shoes or anything and it was very easy to find, so no real complaints!

The site is difficult to find - we managed to miss it and had to turn round and go back! There isnt any signage from the road - look out for the Mushroom Farm. The service is basic which is what you expect paying next to nothing! The transfers were prompt and punctual which was good but actual customer service was quite limited. My car was fine, although having seen the car park I was a little worried! I would recommend it if your on a tight budget and arent too fussed about the state of your car.

The only problem I encountered was finding the car. It was dark in the car park and although I was directed to row 8 for my car, finding row 8 in the rain and dark was challenging. Especially as the sign had flipped over!!

The service was not amazing, but the price was, and at the end of the day, they looked after my car, got me to and from the airport ok, and were very cheap. So I certainly recommend. They are not sign posted very well. You have to actually turn down into the mushroom farm, which is something they neglect to mention.

I wasn't expecting the earth on account of the excellent price. I think the price reflects the service very well as overheads are low and the quality of service did not suffer at all. I will certainly use you again.

Service officious but return collection misleading as sign on van not clear due to booking via multiple agencies. Had we not been proactive in questioning where the van came from, we could have continued to wait in the freezing cold despite being one of the first in the queue. Lighting and signing at venue needs to be improved as we returned after midnight due to plane delay. Exit signage non-existent or if existent, not clear. After prolonged delays, the last thing you want to do is go round and round in a car park trying to find your way out, or god forbid, collide with something in the dark.

Matches the "No frills" approach but service and punctuality usually very good in our experience. The great value speaks for itself.

Ideal for us because although pehaps 10/15 mins off airport is South side and thats the side we live. Ready to take us even at 4am and no wait on return

This was the first time I had used this company.I found the location easy to find thanks to detailed instructions.On arrival I was attended to immediately despite the early hour and was sent to a warm minibus to await transfer.We set off minus some late arrivals,but the driver spotted them at the gate and turned back to collect them,an act which I am sure other organisations would not consider-I applaud him for that. On my return the bus was waiting at the pick-up point and we were swiftly conveyed back to our vehicles,which were par liyerally a few metres away from the drop-off point.All in all a very pleasant start and finish to my holiday.Thank you

Trouble finding the premises but now I know where it is - ok.Bit of a wait on return from airport but apologies were accepted as they were busy.
