We rang to say we were half and hour away and the guy on the phone resassured us that that was fine and that they would be there waiting to take us to the airport on arrival. We arrived to another guy saying that he had to go and pick up another couple who had been waiting at the airport for half an hour for collection. We (and another two families) were left waiting at least 20 minutes before we were taken to the airport, as we were only on a shorthaul flight and only needed to be there 40 mins before the flight, due to this delay we missed our flight. The guy who drove us to the airport when we told of our predicament just found it funny and kept cracking jokes, there was till no sense of urgency. It was the most expensive car parking i have ever used as i had to purchase another flight as a result. In fairness a different man on the way home was a lot more polite and only kept us 15mins at the airport waiting to be picked up.

We arrived approx 5am. Entrance to Lane very poorly signposted and very poorly lit. The lane continued to be poorly lit, until arrival at parking. Not very formal system when handing keys over aand again on return no ID requested by transfer driver. Just asked me which one is yours and handed the keys over. However very punctual and didnt have to wait long for transfers either way. Word of warning main road is very busy and if turning right out of the lane back towards Bristol, you may have problems getting across the carraige way. DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE LABEL!!! And the price was good!

Minimal waiting and very short transfer time. Prices better for longer trips than short.

In spite of the slightly dodgy looking location and facilities, the service was first class. The greeters were attentive and on the ball when it came to logging us in and getting our luggage onto the bus. The bus is no limosine but works perfectly adequately and the driver was very helpful. Return trip was equally well handled with only a few mins wait at the airport for bus to arrive.

The service was good and the best was that the car was ready outside waiting for us to drive home. Excellent service. Will use you again!!!

Leaving the car was quick and straight forward. On our return we had only a few minutes to wait and found the car ready waiting for us outside the security gates. Very satisfied.

It took me three goes to find the correct web page, after putting in the reference given on the phone! The browser seemed to wantr to direct me to various other sited rather than the one I wanted, but persistence paid off.

Easy to find - polite and helpful staff - very swift transfer to and from the airport - car waiting on my return ready to drive off. all very easy and a great service at affordable prices - Thank you!

A little bit off the beaten track and they emphasise that whatever goes wrong (damage, losses etc) it is not their fault. But seemed to be very good value for money and when I got back my car had been moved to the front gate in readiness for my departure.

all went well transfer both to the airport and back went without a hitch

The facilities there do not look good, it looks tacky however staff were friendly and the transfers were punctual, my car was ready for me when we returned and the transfer was actually waiting for us at the airport when we phoned.

I was dropped off and collected within 10 minutes of calling the number supplied, I would use B and G again!

The service was friendly and helpful. The car was well looked after and returned in the same condition as it was left. We were very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

Even in the ridiculously early hours of the morning there was virtually no waiting around. Driver was friendly and helpful, shuttle both ways went without a hitch and it's pretty close to the airport.

Once we found that S&K had now become B&G then all things ran like clockwork.

Takes a little longer than normal,but is worth it for the price.You can also get your car fixed while you're away,mine didn't require it but it's a handy service none the less.

B&G Parking provided excellent value for money. Transfer and pick up was almost instantaneous and I was dropped off right next to my vehicle. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The parking is literally 5 minutes from the airport and transfer was quick and efficient. We have used B&G several times and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended !! Thanks.
