Friendly and efficient staff who were completely aware of my internet booking. Waited probably 4 mins from dropping the car off before being taken to the airport. On return, I was met within 10 mins by a very affable and helpful driver. My car had been securely parked (B&G retain the keys) and had been brought close to the entrance ready for me to drive away. Signage in the country lane approach didn't always say B&G parking, which was just a little confusing.

Good value for money compared with other sites - no frills but we didn't need them.

B & G took their time when picking us up from the airport. They had brought the wrong car keys and had made a mistake with our return flight time. Because of this we had to wait almost an hour while a member of staff tried to find our car and move 5 or 6 other cars that were blocking ours. A nightmare at 1am with a 3 hour journey home!

we have used a few parking around the airport but this one is good for the pick up on the return from your holiday

The mini bus arrived within 5 mins of ringing from the airport and the car was ready and waiting on arrival back at the car park. A good service.

The owners have recently taken over the business and are still getting things sorted. For example, the site office is a very mucky portakabin dumped in the middle of a lorry yard! And the van that took us to the airport was pretty ropey. But the staff and service were good.

could not fault anything. the transit van looked a bit gruby but it was fine inside. Brilliant service.

We ahd no issues whatsoever - rang when out of airport - picked up within 10 minutes and taken to car. As usual excellent service cannot be faulted.

best value for money for sure, only 2mins from airport, transfers were quick and reliable. will be using again for sure.

down remote lane. They got my return date wrong so car had to be located and moved out of a tight bank of cars before I could leave. staff prompt but not the most friendly - told "five minutes time is too long" for them to wait for us when phoning from airport for collection.Wouldn't use again.

this is the second time I have used this company, the parking is secure and close to the airport but the vans used for transport badly need replacing.

Off airport parking at a farm. Access narrow and parking facilities basic but good value for money.

i booked this car park for a 4 day trip to spain and value for money was great transfer was brill and staff were lovley 3 girls travellin alone and we were made to feel vry safe , would def recomend this place half the price of the airport parking and is the same distance away

Staff were friendly and transfers run as required. The set up is basic but offers value for money. Looking forward to the new minibus!

A simple phone call once you land (as it is 24-hour) and they can pick you up within 5-10mins on the minibus. Car was waiting for us directly near the gate and there was no hassel or confusion at all. Very simple and easy way to save money on airport parking!

Have used B and G about three times now and have always been happy with the price and service. Will keep using them

Site was easy to find, simple procedures, transfer prompt. Location is rural, just a couple of minutes fromt Bristol Airport. Car park is on a hill with a quite rough surface, don't know if I would be comfortable if I had an expensive car.

will def use again, and have already passed no on to friends and family, best i have used. c u again very soon

Have used this place before and it has improved. Used to be very dusty so car would be filthy but now mostly tarmac so no such issue. Quick transfer to airport but had to wait 20 minutes on return as they were doing a transfer, we just missed them! Not a problem and cant complain for the price. Really cheap and totally worth the money - will certainly use again! Thanks.
