friendly staff,close to airport, initial parking a bit difficult, very full quick transfers

We'd switched to this facility from the Airport Tavern just down the road, which we were increasingly unhappy with. The firm were expecting us and the transfers to and from Bristol Airport were timely. The staff were friendly. The compound was secure and clean.

No fuss, very straight forward. Car ready to go when we returned. Very efficient.

One person on the shift created time delays. in all other respects very good

used on several occassion and would carry on using, would recommend this company hands down compared to other holiday parking in the Bristol area many thanks.

This is the fourth time I've used this firm and have always found them to be reliable and good value. Buses turn up promptly and the drivers are always pleasant. I would always use them if I'm flying from Bristol.

Upon arrival we waited over half an hour for transfer to the airport due to only a single bus operating and the same member of staff checking in new arrivals and driving the bus! The car park is not surfaced hence by the time we collected the car it was absolutely filthy. Staff on the return journey were not helpful telling us that we couldn't open the rear doors because they were "jammed shut" (they worked on the outward leg?). Finally, and worst of all, on our return connection the driver had to be asked not to talk on his mobile phone whilst driving despite having children in the mini-bus. Not recommended.

This is a budget outfit. The staff were friendly however. I arrived and had to wait in an empty office for half an hour whilst the only member of staff was ferrying other customers to the airport, therefore I only just made my flight. On returning, we all waiting in the minibus for 20 minutes in the airport drop off area whilst we waited for another member of their staff to turn up and no explanation was given. I would not recommend this company and I will never use them again if I can help it.

within short distance of Bristol Airport, but dont think I could have found the site without the aid of a Sat Nav! Good all round service.

The place was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful.The shuttle minibus was like a personal taxi.Good value for money and easy and convinient.

We picked up our car at about 00.30 Wednesday 12 Oct.Later that day I noticed my car had been scratched at the rear bumper. I know for certain that it wasn't there when I left the car with you. However I had been in a supermarket car park before this scratch was noticed so I cannot be certain where it happened.

I was still parked behind 3 other cars and I have to wait 30 minutes to get it. Most of the staff was polite and useful but one person shared incorrect information with me then refused to apologise and became rude when I asked when I could get my car.

Car park is down a lane about 1.5 miles from airport. Directions to find were good,staff friendly and efficient, car park not tarmaced but secure and well lit, overall good value.

Very prompt service and very organised. No extra miles added on car after we had parked it. We have used this parking facility on a few occasions and will continue to do so in the future. Have recommended them to family and friends. Thumbs up from us. Thanks for a good service.

Their operatives were efficient but due to an hour's delay on the A38 because of a fatal accident we were late for our check in and there was no effort to speed up our transfer to the airport because of this. On moving our cases the operative broke the handle on my case. Also when we returned to our car after our holiday we found the car unlocked and three of the four windows lowered. We were told when we booked our parking that we would be allowed to keep the keys. This was not the case and as the car was less then a month old we were somewhat concerned. Not very impressed!!!!!!!

Very helpful and polite driver, will definitely use your services again

I've used them in the past and would like to again. The staff were on the whole helpful and friendly. Unfortunately on my return to the car the drivers window had been forcibly pushed down and had broken the mechanism inside the door. B & G offered a poor excuse and didn't want to know. I think it is normally a great value service which beats the other options handsdown but on this occasion... not so good.

Had to phone as the minibus did not arrive to pick us up on our return. We were told that we were not expected until tomorrow - it seemed to have escaped their notice that as our pick up was after midnight it was already tomorrow! It was fortunate that I had their number to hand or we would have been in serious trouble.

Good experience but surprised the car park was so far from the airport

September 2011 I found the travel directions easy to use. On arrival the staff were very helpful and there was no delay in the transfers to the airport and on return a fast response to my telephone call. The driver was most helpful with our baggage. Good value.
