Good directions although would benefit from a better sign at the end of the lane. Very efficient service. I reckon it only added about 10 mins on to my journey but was far cheaper than airport parking. Will be using again without doubt.

I will definately use them again and I have will recommend to family and friends

it would have been a good idea to have had a map from the main road showing the w the name of the road which I think was Dial road and Car Parking signs otherwise the car park service was friendly reasonable priced and the car ready positioned for leaving I would use them again

I left my car at the car park for overe two weeks. when we first arrived to the car park, we were a but sceptical about the place, as it was muddy and the office consisted of a portacabin and did not look like the most secure place to deposit our keys in. However, the staff was superfriendly, quick, and helpful. My return flight was arriving just before midnight on a Sunday, which made me worry a bit about how I was going to get picked up. There was absolutely no problem, I did as instructed (called the car park after collecting my luggage) and I did not have to wait even 5 minutes to get collected. When we arrived at the car park, my car was taken out and ready to go. The van driver was also very helfpul, makeing sure everything was OK with my car. Absolutely brilliant service and £30 cheaper than the official airport car park. I would definitely use them again!

The service was excellent, left the arrival lounge and the bus to collect 9 of us arrived within minutes, no worry of finding and collecting cars, on the road home within 10 minutes. Great service even at 5am in the morning.

The experience was good. The staff at the parking area were great. Would use this parking company again, also would recommend them to my friends.

First time using this provider and concerned initially at the sign on the office indemnifying the company against any damage or loss! However that is probably why the rates are competitive. On landing we telephoned the the company and the mini bus was waiting at the designated pick up point, and we were in our vehicle (which had been parked outside awaiting our arrival) and away within 15 minutes whist our son and family were still at one of the airports car parks.A bit of fine tuning and provided they maintain the level of service will make the competition sit up.Bigger is not always better!

The car park was easy to find and no distance from the airport. The staff were friendly and made it hassle free.

Would def use them again and would recommend them to all. New owners and brilliant friendly service. Thanks for looking after me my family and most importantly my car for two weeks. Cheers

It's a rural location and the transit bus is hardly new, but none of that is a problem. I hope to use B&G if I am flying again from Bristol.

Outgoing Transfers were not too bad although the lady could not grasp that we we arriving back in the uk at 12.15 midnight on the 20th July 2012, which was in fact a Friday, she said she would put the date down as Thursday night!!!. When we did arrive in the UK at 12.30am Friday 20/07/2012, The driver did not have our keys to our vehicle on him nor was our car ready to take out of car park , in fact it took the driver and ourselves over 40 minutes to locate our car keys in their very disorganised office, at one point we thought our car had been stolen and was ready to call the police. The driver was totally on his own and and eventually my partner found our keys in a paper carrier bag, along with other peoples vehicle keys, also our names and flight details were not even logged on their arrivals sheet in the office, We were absolutley disgusted that when the driver tried to call the owner of this so called secured parking, she would not even answer her mobile phone, what a shambles, never ever experienced anything like this in my life in all the years I have been travelling, when my partner and driver eventually found our car in the unlit area of field parking, the driver had then have to shoot off and collect other people from Bristol airport leaving the office unlocked, totally unmanned and the gates were left open. no security whatsoever - 1st experience of using this mickey mouse outfit and would never ever use them again.

Had to wait 10 miutes at airport for return transfer. Then they had to get car keys from office.

Excellent service. Have used this car park 5 times and would recommend it highly. Efficient and reliable.

Cheaper than the rest and not too far from airport. If you are picked up promptly from airport .....then great!

As soon as I arrived at the car park I called the telphone number given and the transfer was with us within 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and punctual when arriving and on the way back. My car was looked after well, and was even moved somewhere where I could just drive off easily. I would definitley use their services again, it always makes a difference to your holiday when you have friendly staff and a stress free experience :)

We found the service to be excellent. The transfer service was very fast and efficient and staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be using this team in the future when travelling from Bristol airport.
