I have no hesitation in recommending B&G for their excellent service, which in my case meant a midnight collection from the airport

I have used B&G parking several times since October and am a happy customer. If there are multiple passengers, they get a lift in van. If you are the only one, then lucky you, you get a personalised service. Whatever circumstances, they are working hard to give a personalised service. And the parking area is well-secured and fenced.

The Gent who dealt with me was very helpful and all went well, the fact that it is near to the airport is good and the arrival of my car was only 8 minutes after my phone call from the airport. £30 for the week was within my budget.

This was a sevice that was hastle free, a fair price and I felt that my car was safe. You will probaly have to sat nav location if not a regular at Bristol. Thanks.

We used this car park two christmas ago and we thought it was the one with better transfer vehicle, plus very friendly staff. The staff is still very friendly but this time they used my own vehicle for the transfers. Let me explain myself. I checked in the car park, then the driver gave me a lift in my own car to the airport(??). It took over 35 minutes for them to come and collect us back in my own vehicle , then we gave him a lift back to the car park, before setting back in our journey. The driver said that it was very busy. Never again.

I have used the site before and it is very good value for money. The parking site is well fenced and lighted. It is a good idea to ring the guys well before arriving at the site and they will make sure to look after you.

Due to a problem with the handset the mobile number we were supposed to call wasn't working and we had to wait at the gates for 10 minutes. We and another person were taken to the airport in my own car to save time (which actually worked well). However, when the car was delivered back to the airport there were very muddy foot prints on all the foot mats (which were not there when we left the car so someone else must have been in the car?

It does what it says on the tin. You get there, you are transfer to the airport and when you arrive your car is dropped to you to continue your journey. I was satisfied with the service and have nothing negative to say.

I booked with B&G because they were the cheapest, I wasn't looking for platinum service but quick & easy parking and transfer to Bristol Airport - and that's what I got. Very friendly on the phone and in person, very easy with no complicated forms etc. They drive you to the airport in your own car which made it even quicker, then drove to the airport on the return journey and we just took our car from there. Simple and efficient, i'd recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used this car parking facility before and had no problems finding it with Sat Nav. You are taken to the airport in your own car which was prompt. You are asked that when you return and have cleared customs and baggage collection to call the telephone numbers given to you. We waited for around 20 minutes (not too long - but it was freezing waiting outside where we were told to wait!!) and they returned our car to us. The only niggle we had out of everything was that we weren't told, at any point, that we would need to pay (£1.00) to exit the car park that our car was returned to. This wasn't due to the monetary value, but that we just did not have any change so had to frantically return to the main terminal to get change before the parking fee went up after 20 minutes. Saying all of this, now knowing this, we would still use this nearby, off airport, parking facility in the future ( just remember to leave some change in your car! Ha ha!)

I've used B & G before when they had the shuttle bus. I think the shuttle bus is better for the reasons below. I was not made aware of this when I booked. I was concerned that there is more risk of my car being in an acident while I was taking the B & G driver to the airport and while the B & G driver was driving my car back and fore. I was left to pay the car parking charge. I know it was only a £1 however it was lucky I had change on me and in fact I had to get out at the barrier and rummage through my bag that was in the boot. Dissapointed that the drivers side had gravel in the door opening and on the floor, clearly frome the drivers boots. All in all I don't think I will be using B & G again. Sorry if thats not what you want to hear!

As above though one minor critisism was a twenty minute wait on arrival back in Bristol

Have used B and G for a number of years now and have always found them reliable and good value for money.

The staff are friendly and cheerful. Service is prompt and when friends are travelling I would always recommend using B and G

I have been parking in the silver zone at Bristol for years. Fed up with them messing around with their parking rates, it went up £10 in one week. B&G were £10 cheaper, service was quicker than any other I have used. Car was ready and in one piece!

When you find the carpark you may have doubts, the term rough and ready springs to mind, poor surface and into the mud strewn portacabin you trudge. From that point on its a fairly personal service, especially on return, a quick phone call and they are there to take you back and my car was waiting outside the gates and good to go. In summary it was the cheapest, but not by much, I would say overall due to the speedy action on my return, worth considering.

Very easy to find just a turning off before airport, very friendly efficient staff. Rand as soon as we were through at airport they were there immediately within a few minutes, our car was outside compound ready and waiting for us. Would definitely use again.

Friendly, helpful staff, if a bit amateurish. Transfers were on demand without significant delay. Security facilities seem good, but compound sometimes left open and unattended during transfers.Good value for money, but suffers from poor compound surface in bad weather.
