Very quick on both transfers, staff very helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Very smooth operation. We were in the terminal within 10 minutes of arriving at the B&G's car park. Upon our return, we telephoned B&G and were told transfer vehicle was on its way. It was there within 2 minutes and we were in our car, which was conveniently near the car park exit within 10 minutes. I have bookmarked their site and will definitely use them again.

Everything from directions to the site and transfers too and from the airport went perfectly. No time waiting, very friendly service. Will use again.....definitely.

Could do with more signage at the entrance to the lane that runs up to the parking area. There were cars parked halfway up the lane by something that looked like an entrance. I went down there by mistake. Just needs to be better sign posted.

we have used b&g parking on many occasions, and find the staff and service very reliable and friendly. The transfers are excellent, being barely 5 minutes from the airport.we would recommend them for both price and service.

Very pleasent and efficient service.My car was delivered to Bristol airport within five minutes of calling the carpark number.

Out bound there were no probs, although the service was a bit chaotic, and we had to drive our own car from the car park to Bristol airport as there did not seem to be a mini bus. On return we phoned from the arrivals hall as instructed, where the phone operator told us our cars, ( we had booked two) would be really for us to collect from the express parking area in ten mins for the first followed by the second car five mins later. We then waited for approx 45 mins in the cold with two children and a grandmother in a wheelchair. Eventually a minibus arrived with the driver stating that we would have to get in the minibus and return to the car park to collect our cars. The mini bus was too small for us and the other passengers so two of our party had to remain at Bristol airport until I returned with our car. I was very cross a) because the company had initially lied saying the cars would be ready in 10 mins when this was untrue and also at the discomfort my elderly parent had to suffer.

great staff , easy transfers and no waiting around like many others to be taken to the airport , a real peace of mind and hassle free parking facility.

having used the parking faclity (in the quieter period of March) the use of my car for drop off and pick up at the airport was excellent.

We have used this facility several times before and have always found it excellent value will definitely be using again.

Slightly hard to find without a sat nav, but following their directions simple as they are, were the best ones. friendly, helpful staff.

Staff were polite and efficient. Parking was easy, convenient and great value for money - upgrade was a welcome bonus.

Very early arrival (4.30am but met by very cheerful and friendly lady who took me to the airport. Agreed to go in my car so when I came back I could go straight from the airport. All worked well and pick up was only 15 min wait as he was just picking up at airport when I rang and had to return first to base before collecting me.

I received a very friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Arrived back to Bristol one and half hours late due to delay, however, our car was waiting for us when we landed. Used this service twice now and I would highly recommend it.

When we arrived to park the car the guy said there was no shuttle bus at present but the driver would drive us to the airport in my car and because of the inconvenience would upgrade us on return to a meet and greet when we arrived back. I was happy with this however when we returned I rang them at 5.20pm but could not get through to anyone until 5.40, I was them informed that they were busy and would be around 15 to 20 minutes. I eventually had my car at 6.35 pm and when I complained about the service I was informed that they were busy and the guy just walked away, however no matter how busy they were they would have known how many customers would be returning for their cars and should have been prepared, no good service and I would not use or recommend them again.

Quick service and,friendly staff I waited no more than 5 mins at both transfer and my vehicle was returned in the same ammount of time. I had just come back from a rugby tour and didn't want to.wait around. I wasn't disappointed the service was fast and I was away before the rest of my party. I will be using them again. Staff are friendly too... Bonus!!
