arrived at car park service excelant. on return was met by a man who ranted on and on that he couldnt take us all and unless we wanted to wait for an hour he would just take drivers and then we had to drive back and collect our party. my parents are in their seventys and this was not good.the man was rude kept going on about himself mortgage etc put a dampener on our return from hols.he did apologise later but too little too late. i have used s n k before and raved about how good it was will not be using again

The 'car park' is on a site which has stone surfaces and is covered in fine dust. Other parkers were concerned at the state of the cars which they saw there. The transfer was a joke, 10 people crammed into nine seats plus luggage on the outward jouney. On our return we telephoned the number we had been given and we were told to make our way to the agreed pick up point. When we arrived there, two other holiday makers were also there. they had also telephoned and were told that the driver was taking 'drivers only' and that they would have to come back for their families. This was confirmed by the mini bus driver when he arrived. As I was in a wheelchair and there was a young child in our party, I refused to accept this as it was not what we had agreed to. Eventually, he took the six in my party, and the two drivers from another party. They were not at all impressed as they had to drive back to the airport for their respective families. When I complained, the driver said that it was not his problem, he was finishing for the night as soon as he got us back to the car park. Will definitely not be using this facility again.

very dusty car park, make sure you don't wash your car before hand :) very good transfer to/from airport, not much time spent hanging around,. will use again!

The facility itself is fairly easy to find and close to airport. Initial transfer to airport was fairly straightforward. However on collection we were informed that only drivers could be collected as they were too busy to transfer all our passengers. This was due to four cars being on the same return flight - so I wouldn't think this was that unusual. The cars were stored in a secure yard that was also used to store construction aggregates. Therefore on return our cars were coated with a thick layer of dust. Therefore after the hassle of having to arrange to collect my passengers from the airport myself (making sure it was done within the free ten min time slot allowed in the pick up zone) and paying for a thorough car wash the next day, I wish I'd used the on-site parking as it would have worked out cheaper.

Relatively cheaper than other car parks,but staff was unfriendly and shuttle was not very punctual.Wouldn't use it again.

Fairly close to Bristol Airport, the secure parking is at the end of a narrow lane, but easy to find using the directions given. The parking area is a bit rough and ready, but staff are helpful and the transfers were effortless.

This car park offers good value for money, it is approximately just 5 to 10 minutes drive from the airport and has a family run feel to it.

Although we arrived at the car park at 3.30am and had to call ahead, someone was there to take the call and ready for us when we got there, with the minibus ready to go, very impressive! When I called through when we had collected our luggage on our return the minibus driver informed me she was already in the car park waiting for us, again very impressive. Would definitely use the company on my next trip.

A straightforward inexpensive option just hampered a little by roadworks on the road to the airport.

we needed to find the site at night and the instructions were significantly lacking in detail resulting in many u-turns. s&k signage to the site was non-existent until you were outside the compound. the transport to the airport was filthy and the return vehicle only slightly better. our car was filthy on our return, covered in dust as site work was in progress. a mobile phone left in our car rang annoyingly all the way home until we discovered where it was and we then had the expense of returning it by first class mail. definitely a site to avoid in future.

I was pleased with the overall service but very surprised that the driver on the return journey had a bad back and therefore was unable to help lift suitcases. We were both fit and able but what would happen if the clients had been elderly? Despite this I would certainly use your services again.

easy to book car in and pick up. only thing that car was filthy with all of the dust from car park surface as no tarmac!

The actual car park was a bit dusty and dirty but the car was safe, the staff were polite and the tranmsfer was punctual, both there and back.

We had to wait over an hour to return from the airport to the car park as there were many people waiting and only 8 seats on the bus. We were waiting in the cold with a 10 month old baby. The driver was doing his best to get the bus to the carpark & back but he was also having to dish out the keys before he could return for the next bus load. As the company has the flight details of customers they would have known how many were returning at that time yet no further staff were brought in to speed up the service. We will NOT be using this service again & will pay the extra fiver to park at the airport.

Because of resurfacing work on the A38 right by Bristol Airport we had to wait 3/4 hour for the minibus to return from its last trip and pick us up from the car park (not the fault of the owners). In the toilet was a notice saying "please leave this toilet as you would wish to find it". However it was already filthy, clearly not cleaned regularly by the owners. The minibus also needed a good clean and was muddy and scruffy inside. On the return trip the passengers were left to load their own luggage, no asssistance being offered. When collecting our car from where it had been moved to we noticed that it had been done by someone with very muddy feet. Overall we felt that this was rather a 'cheapjack' service lacking in basic standards.

This car park is close to the airport, has very friendly & efficient staff and is by far the cheapest parking facility in the area. Yes, the car park is a bit dusty, but I got my car back just as I left it; what more are you after?. I will definately use this company again.

At 2 in the morning, prior to check-in, it was nice to know someone was there. Coming back was hampered by roadworks but advice was provided to avoid problems. Will use again if needing parking near Bristol Airoort.

Easy enough to find (but the S & K sign could be bigger), very basic, waited a little (10-15 mins for transfer). HOWEVER: The service is entirely acceptable, I was expected, my car was ready for me on return AND the overall VFM is fantastic. I will use everytime I fly from Bristol.

Good value for money, only 5 mins down the road. The van was there within 5 mins of phoning and dropped us off to the airport as soon as we arrived with the car. The bus is new, and feels safe unlike some other transfers for the car parks i have previously used! Car is all ready waiting and ready to go for you when you get back to the car park. Will use again!
