Upon arrival, please go to reception and present your printed booking confirmation. If you arrive and the gates are locked, this means that the minibus is four minutes away at the airport. Please phone the minibus driver on the number below to let them know you are waiting outside the car park. Between the hours of 18.00 and 08.00, and on weekends and bank holidays, please phone the car park on 07917 142941 half an hour prior to your arrival time.

From the North/M5:
- At Junction 18, follow signs for the A4, then the A38 towards Taunton (southbound), following signs for Bristol Airport.
- At the King's Head pub, continue straight on the A38, and after approximately 2.5 miles you will arrive at Barrow Gurney traffic lights.
- Go straight on and after 0.4 miles you will see Taste on your right and the Fox & Goose pub a little further up on your left.
- Take the next left, turning into Dial Lane and then the first left again into Rocks Lane (this road is not signposted, but is a narrow lane with a B and G sign at the end).
- Continue up the lane and the car park is located at the end on the left-hand side.
From the South/M5:
- At Junction 22, follow signs for the A38 towards Bristol.
- Go past Bristol Airport on your left and past the Airport Tavern pub on the left.
- Continue on past The Wagon & Horses pub on the left, then past the CEMEX quarry entrance on the left.
- As you drop down over the hill, a farm is on your left; turn right at this point into Dial Lane and take the first left into Rocks Lane (this road is not signposted, but is a narrow lane with a B and G sign at the end).
- Continue up this lane and the car park is located at the end on the left-hand side.
From the East/M4:
- Follow the M4 and exit onto the M5 at Junction 18, then follow the directions from the North/M5.
From South Wales:
- Follow the M4 to Junction 22 and new M49 to join the M5 at Junction 18.
- Follow signs for the A4, then the A38, then follow the directions from the North/M5.
