Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to wait for pick up for around 15 minutes on the outward flight which was okay on a sunny but windy day but would have been a nightmare had it been winter or wet as there was nowhere to wait. The phone was not picked up on the first call on the way back and we had to phone again, after that though the pick up was smooth. The location is a bit away from the airport so you need to leave extra time for arrival to allow for the fact a transfer may not be immediately available. Overall though, I'd use them again provided they continue to be cheaper than other providers.

Car parking was excellent with a very short walk to coach which was ready to go as soon as we were.On way back I phoned when I was picking up my cases and when I came out of terminal building the coach was arriving to take us back to our car. Journey on coach is only a few minutes. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Price was so reasonable I would definitely prefer to have my own independance than to have to involve a friend to bring me to Airport.

The staff were welcoming, efficient and provided clear information. We were escorted to our parking position where our bags were transferred directly into the transfer coach and on our return we were taken back to our vehicle. Transfers were punctual and comfortable and overall I was very impressed with the quality of the service. I would most certainly use Karl again and would recommend to others.

Arrived at the car park early morning and had to wait a considerable time outside with children and cases for bus - thankfully it wasnt raining. On our return to Belfast and when contacting the car park we were told that the bus was on its way and to wait in the car park area. As there is no designated waiting area for Karl we stood in one of the empty bays and before long others stood behind us in a formal queue. Eventually the bus arrived, parked in a Cosmo parking bay, leading to the queue of people charging for the bus - chaos!! The driver came out, with a bit of an aggressive attitude, and told people that you must make sure you have a seat on the bus before putting your cases on - how can you do this and put cases on at the same time? Thankfully we did get seats on that bus, but pitied others behind us who were overtaken by people from the back of the queue. There must have been about 20 others waiting for the next bus and we noticed that no other buses passed us on our way back to the car park - resulting in those people waiting a considerable time. We are going on holiday again later in the year and will not be using Karl parking - despite their cheaper rate.

Easy to find and a very good service went like clockwork. on my return the bus was sitting waiting at the door of the airport. I will be going back to this carpark in the future.

The best thing about KARL is the staff, they couldn,t have been friendlier or more helpful, total stars.

We arrived on time as planned but the transfer bus had no room for us and we had to wait 20 minutes for the bus to return. We then sat on the bus for a further while and it didn't leave until it was full again. Very frustrating when your on a tight schedule early in the morning. Returned to find the car which was washed the night it was parked covered in dust. The park is a field of hardcore!!!!!!!

I booked this online and had never been to the actual car park before so I was very pleasantly surprised at how professional the whole thing is. The car park is immaculately maintained and the woman at reception was friendly and helpful. My husband parked the car and the minibus arrived within a few minutes and got us to the airport quickly and smoothly. On the return leg, I phoned the office when we had collected our case, as instructed, and again the minibus was there very quickly. The driver was so friendly and attentive, taking each of the 3 groups on board direct to our car. I am so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Karl Airport Parking that I will definitely use them in future and will be recommending them to all my friends.

The transfer bus was most comfortable; the driver was very courteous & pleasant.

Everyone has to pay the airport fees and at least Karl put that in the price up front,I hate when you arrive at the car park and your told there's £2 extra.Everyone looks for the cheapest car park but if you are only talking a pound or two more and you don't have a long wait for your car especially late at night and you still have a long drive home then I would look for the nearest place.I and my friends have used Karl before and ill be using them again.

Good customer service & good value for money. You also get to keep your cars keys, which is reassuring.

Staff are helpful, the car park is close to the airport and the transfer is quick. It is a good, low cost alternative to long stay parking at the airport.

The best asset on this occasion was the punctuality and ease of the transfers, also the best value in town!!!

Very friendly welcome by a Scotish lady, she was very welcoming and friendly with excellent customer service. Made the start of our hoilday a relaxing one!! Cheers

The staff were very friendly, even on the phone when we weren't sure where they were located. Coach picked us up & dropped us off exactly beside our car so no need to log cases about carpark. Definitely recommended & will use again.
