Everything was perfect, the staff explained everything clearly and let me know how to get the return transfer service. Transfer and facilities were everything that i expected and more! Well done on a great service - i will be using karl's next time!

Karl additionally charged a £2 "Airport levy" at the desk, not mentioned on your website or in your email

Close to airport,they don't take customers for granted.your not just a number,from parking my car to drop 12 minutes,on return from telephone call to office and back to my car 14 minutes.The only company outside airport parking where you don't leave your car keys.First time to use Karl and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Staff were corteous and friendly. Parking area was good. Short time to / from airport. Would use again.

ifound the directions easy to follow.i found the staff very friendly and the pick up once we arrived back very punctual.i phoned once we entered the terminal and once we exited it was straight on to our awaiting vehicle.i had to extend or stay for an extra day and there was no problem in doing so. i couldnt recommend karl parking highly enough

we drove to the airport at a very early time in the morning we could not believe how helpful the lady was on the phone to us to find the carpark as we had not been in belfast before very good service and staff john adamson

You could give better directions from the west. eg go to the airport via Antrim. Go past Cosmos, over next 2 roundabouts then turn right on xxxx road

This service takes away the worry of parking or getting lifts quick and easy great start and finish to holidays

Very good value for money. A bit of a free-for-all when got picked up from airport as a few flights arrived together. Obviously one perosn called to say they need picked up "on behalf of 3 couples" You have to pay an extra £1 on arrival to conver an airport charge, but once you know this is going to happen every time you can budget for it. Will definetly use next and every time.

Leaving our car safely locked up is a great idea, we left a car many years ago where the company had the keys and the car was damaged, never again. The short walk from and to the coach at the airport is a great improvement on the trek to the long term car park at the airport.

Very satisfied with the service. Bonus getting to park your own car and keeping your keys. Will use it again.

Pick up on return was very unsatisfactory. There were 2 flights in at same time. Three buses were required but only 1 bus was ferrying back & forward hence waiting time was unacceptable.

Friendly and efficient reception followed by a comfortable transfer to the Airport after only a few minutes wait. On the return trip the coach was waiting as we left the Airport building. Experience could be improved by providing clearer signage at the entrance of the compound, indicating where new arrivals should initially park while they check in.

Everything went to plan, staff very helpful and facilities worth every penny. I will certainly use again. Transport was warm, clean and on time. Wish you all the best for the future. Parking at the airport car parks NCP are a rip off. We need this facility at Belfast - keep it up. B. Donnelly

This company is very good! it was so straightforward & efficent, i payed on line no fuss!! we arrived early morning & returned that evening. Go into the booth when arriving onto the parking site, they go through your flight details & give you a card with the company number, I rang once the plane landed & ended up being held back, when finally out of thr airport the pick up was gone so i rang he was already heading back as there was customers outside so he obviously did not leave them hanging about because the place is so close the return to the airport would be 5mins away.

i rang depot when i picked up my luggage girl said bus would be there in 5 mins but was more like 25 mins.other than that drivers where very good

Very well managed, you keep your keys and very reasonable.. They do charge you £1 extra since the airport introduced drop off fee, but that is the airports fault..
