Really helpful efficient staff ! Will diffo recommend and use in the future. Only thing I cud fault was gettin to the place early in the mornin not much road signs so abit tricky even with our Tom Tom si make time for this and if really picky the car parking was on gravel waste ground not a major prob overall happy with service

Staff were not very helpful when we arrived and did not explain parking at all. On our return it had been discovered that my husband had left the drivers window down the staff had done a great job of sealing up the window incase of rain etc never got the chance to thank them so Cheers to Karl Parking

easy parking in secure inviroment. Quick transfers to the airport. I will be using Karl car parking again for any flights out of Belfast International Airport.

NO complaints. There was a bit of a mix up when we got back. The van that was sent out was too small for the amount of people waiting. However the driver was very apologetic and got us all sorted.

Couldnt complain, great price, lovely coach driver on night we where picked up. Car park only 5 minutes drive from airport. Great value for money

Had to pay an extra pound when i arrived after having already booked and paid online.

I booked and paid online so was only a couple of minutes in reception, perfect start. I parked my car and the bus driver (parked beside me) helped to load the cases. The journey to the airport takes approx 5 minutes and the bus drops passengers quite near the door. The driver helped us unload cases also. On my return I rang Karl parking and the lady that answered was extremely pleasant and directed me to where a bus was already waiting with some passengers aboard. The very pleasant driver helped load our luggage and even allowed us time to finish our cigarettes as there were a few more passengers yet to arrive. (I know not everyone's priority but great for us cigarette addicts) The other passengers arrived some (maybe 8-10)minutes later and we set off to the car park. The driver dropped each passenger at their vehicle and helped us all with our bags. Great service, very efficient, lovely friendly staff. I will be using Karl parking again.

i was a little worried leaving my car for a week but as soon as i drove my car into the car park and checked in at reception i was at ease the place is very tidy very secure and well run the bus drivers to and from the airport even put the suitcases on and off the bus and they pick you up and drop you off right to your car faultless 10 out of 10

Staff friendly and helpful. Transfers were punctual and the service provided was definitely worth the money. I would recommend Karl Airport parking and will use them again.

My experience was very stress free,the staff were very helpful, once i arrived i parked the car and as taken straight to the airport and when i arrived i called and within 10 mins we were collected and brought back to the car, no problems!! Infact we left our camcorder at the airport and the driver called to say so and kindly went back to collect it for us. Very satisfied all round.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Parked quickly, jumped straight on the bus and was at the airport in no time. Equally good on the way home: a quick call after landing and the minibus was waiting outside the airport exit. I was able to jump straight in the car and leave with no hassles.

Apart from need to improve map this carpark is very good. Coming from Lisburn direction I turned left on to Ballyrobin Road, seeing the sign. I should have turned left.

Karl Airport Parking provided us with the best service we have had in our many years of travel! Booking online was simple and uncomplicated. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient.The waiting time for a coach to the airport was a mere 5 minutes and the driver was extremely pleasant. On our return - 2 weeks later - the coach was again very prompt. What more can I say? All in all a really good reliable service which we will use again & recommend highly to our friends and family!

On return, which was at midnight and raining, the minibus left everyone off at their own car. Good surprise as we thought it would be at reception.
