Was a little late arriving & driver didn't delay in getting me to Check-in. Called as instructed upon arrival back at Belfast when I was collecting my bags & when I reached the pick-up point the driver was just pulling up, couldn't have wished for better timing, thank you & very much appreciated.

Having a 0600 flight i was a little unsure where to find the car park and how close it really was to the airport as was told 'only 5 mins away' Anyway arrived early as carpark was clearly sign posted and well lit even in the early hours. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception, the only thing i would have to say is that a £2 charge is added which covers your 5 min journey by taxi bus to airport, which should be clearly stated when booking.I hate those little hidden charges!! all in all concrete carpark( no dirty fields) nice clean bus and helpful staff. Will def be my 1st choice parking every time...

This was a very simple and efficient process right from the booking process on line. Transfers were prompt and comfortable. All staff encountered were very helpful and friendly.

The car park is neither the most elegant nor the most adjacent, but we were delivered and collected quickly, and those slight criticisms are more than offset by the great value for money. Security is as good as anywhere else, and staff are friendly and helpful. I'd definitely use it again, and recommend it unreservedly.

Pleased with Karl airport parking, although the parking surface where our car was parked was very rough.

Great service. We where running late arriving to the airport and they where able to get us there probably quicker than if we had parked in the airport long stay carpark. Transfer back from airport punctual and fast.

Arrived at Karl airport parking at 5.00 am and we where dealt with promptly and taken directly to the airport.On returning home, a quick call to Karl and we where picked up in 5 minutes and taken back to where my car was parked.I was impressed by the whole experience of both the service and the staff and would definitely use them again.

The reception staff and drivers were very friendly and helpful. We were picked up immediately on both our outward and return journeys. I would definitely use Karl Airport Parking again.

Used this company to go for 1 weeks holiday and everything went smoothly and the bus was waiting outside the the airport on our arrival back at 3.30am so that was very good. No complaints at all. Hugh recommended. Thank you

it was a good service, the only complaint I could make is that they have no sign for their coaches at the Airport when picking you up. The coach just pulls in at random spaces. We where the first out and after waiting 20 minutes the coach pulled in to the Cosmo space and all the people waiting there pushed on in front of us. We then had to wait on another coach and we where also going to miss it also because we did not know where it was going to park. I insisted to the Driver that we had to get on the second coach, and he was very helpful. I would suggest they get a designated space and also get some form of priority for those people who arrive first.

Has to be best value for money in the area. I have used them on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.

The reception staff at the car park were very friendly as was the driver who took us to the airport. On our return from holiday we phoned after collecting our luggage and was told the bus was on its way and by the time we got outside the airport terminal the bus was waiting. Will definitely use KARL AIRPORT PARKING from now on.

I booked this at the last minute and was very impressed with the overall package. The car park was a generous 2 miles from the airport. Parking was satisfactory more spacious than competitors. We were basically transferred to the airport as soon as we checked-in. On arrival back I rang Karl Airport Parking on the way out of the terminal to find a minibus arriving to meet our flight. Price and service would be hard to beat and I would certainly use again.

Parking and staff great.Only gripe when we returned there did not appear to be enough transfer buses operating to cope with number of customers at airport.

Would use this company again, easy to find and not far from airport and a lot cheaper than others.

The staff on arrival were polite and helpful, sending time to talk to us and confirm the details of the car parking that was needed. The driver that took us to the airport was helpful and was willing to answer questions when asked. On returning back to the airport with a quick phone call the bus returned quickly to pick us up and take us back to the car park. I would definitely use it again.

When I arrived to park the car the bus was there waiting to transport me and my family to the airport. When I arrived back from my holiday at 2 in the morning, they were also there waiting next to the airport doors to transport us back to the carpark after a quick phone call at the baggage return. And left us right at our car. I found this carpark to be better than the one at the airport as I have had to walk to my car many times before when I used it. I will be using KARL Airport parking from now.

Easy parking and collection with little or no walking to courtesy transfer coach. No delays with transfers to and from airport.

Much cheaper than the competition. No waiting for transfers to and from the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. On our return the transfer bus driver took us right to our car and helped onload our luggage.
