Excellent all round service. Staff couldn't be more helpful. A wee bit hard to find if you trust sat nav but would defo use parking facilities again.

Car park is easy to find, staff are helpful, transfers very efficient, value for money, would definitely use again as long as price remains competitive.

Excellent service as Karl gave me a moblie number to text because Im deaf. I will go again.

In comparison with the other car parks nearer the airport - Karl was much better priced and the service was just as good if not better. The Car Park its self was kept in good order and finding a space was good, on our return the driver took each person to their vehicle.

Excellent service, pickup perfect. Very helpful staff at both dropoff and return.

Only one coach to do three runs on the return leg meant us waiting for an hour in the cold with an irritable child waiting to get home.Other companies were more than up to the challenge of getting their passengers back to there cars quickly. Not at all acceptable and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Make sure you leave enough time for the transfer. Departures are much faster than arrivals especially at peak times. I like the fact that you park your own car and keep the keys. Well dome KP

We had to wait for our airport transfer for about 15 mins as the bus was busy taking other travelers but we were not late for check-in.Would advise dropping off car in good time to allow for any delays as they are 5 mins drive from the airport.

This was my first time with Karl and found it to be a customer friendly and good value service. I will definitely use this parking arrangement again.

this was the first time I ever used Karl parking, there was no hanging about straight to the airport and when i arrived back usually with any other company I would be waiting on the bus, bus was there when i came out of airport, the most intersting thing I experience was that you didnt have to leave your keys, this give you peice of mind that no one was looking through your car. staff was really nice and helpful. always going to use karl parking again.

I have been using Karl airport Parking for 5 yrs now and they were exellent, good value, efficient, helpful, always took you right away to airport and came promply to pick up. The only bad experience we had with them was the last time i travelled with them on 3rd June, when i phoned for pick up at airport i mistook the man's orders, i though he said when you go out of airport turn right into car park, but what he really said was turn right into coach park. We waited and waited, phoned again and a man came back for us and he was far from happy, i simply took the orders up wrong,(maybe it was the accent,) but it was the driver's attitude that really scared us, as he was quite angry. This would not stop us using the Karl parking again and maybe as soon as September but now we know where the the coach park is, we will never forget that, everything should go smoothly.

Could do with poles/signs dividing up the parking area to help in locating car in dark -- also lighting would help

Having arrived at the car park very early in the morning, I was shown where to park. The bus driver loaded my cases onto the bus and I was on my way to the airport all within approx 3 mins. On arrival back from my trip, I called KAP as soon as my bags arrived and the bus arrived promptly. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks.

First time I tried Karl car park, I was very impressed with the car park layout. arrived at 4am staff were very professional we were dealt with quickly and driven to the airport within 15 minutes. I would definatly recommed Karl car parking to my family and friends, and I will park my car here again.

Karl parking is very convenient to the airport. Staff are friendly and efficient both on arrival at the carpark and exiting the bus.The carparking is secure and very economical.
