Karl Airport Parking reviews

Was apprehensive at first but this service is top quality! Great friendly staff and excellent value. Obviously transfers add time to connections but i didnt mind at all. Will use again!!

As I was using Karl for first time I didn't know the procedure and took my luggage to reception. Where a grumpy man asked me abruptly " did you not read the signs". I only noticed sign as I got to reception. He also said why do you think everyone else waiting in their cars. Not very welcoming.

Phoned when awaiting baggage reclaim but told to phone again when we had retrieved our luggage, which we did.Thus we had to wait outside, at 2.30am in the cold, for pick up. would have been good if, as with other services, driver was waiting. Otherwise good service and great value.

Value for money, particularly when compared to the airports own long-stay car park, and only a few minutes away from the airport terminal. Courteous and helpful staff both in the reception office and on the transfer bus. Overall, a well managed and efficient service.

Parked, got on their coach and went to the airport. On return, a reverse order of the above. Couldn't be simpler

We didn't have to wait any length of time for the drive to collect us on our return. We are returning customers and would recommend Karl and will use them again.

Everything went like clockwork. The bus was waiting for us at the airport on our return.

When we arrived at 4am there was no one in the office which was a bit off putting but there was a notice that they would be back soon and they were back within 10 mins. Everything went smoothly after that.g

Arrived at the parking area to be met by a private transfer,followed the guy for 20 yards and parked the car. Very polite and very helpful with the luggage, there were 3 girls so plenty of bags !! Again on our arrival home we were picked up straight away and dropped off beside the car. Overall a great experience both on departure and arrival, probably the best ever thanks.
