Excellent value for money, friendly and very helpful staff. A five minute drive to the airport via the shuttle bus. Would reccommend Karl Parking to others.

My family and I were most impressed with Karls service and will most definately use them again and recommend them to others.

From the minute we arrived at the park we were delighted with the courtesy and attention we received. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.

The set up is good, but they would need more drivers. Fortunately it wasn't raining as we awaited so long for the pickup.

Was very impressed with the service KARL provided. Staff very friendly, efficent and helpful. Booked car in at reception and followed the mini bus to where i was to park the car. Driver loaded our bags on for us and journey to airport only took a few minutes. When we arrived back into Belfast i phoned KARL and by the time we had walked out to the coach park the mini bus was there waiting for us. Driver dropped every passenger off at their cars which i thought was excellent service. Car park is very secure. I will be parking my car at KARL from now on. Excellent value for money!

I would recommend Karl Airport Parking for those wishing an efficient and helpful service. Obviously travellers should allow a little more time than if parking at the airport itself.

good value for money, staff freindly and helpfull, very punctual on your return to the airport and car is safe.

Handy for Airport prefer to use Airport parking so if flight is delayed or late at night no hassel getting to my vehicle a i have another 2hr drive to get home.

Efficient and prompt. Note that an extra pound is collected at the venue, as a consequence of the airport charging for drop-offs.

The only down fall would be the transfers from the airport on my way back, i had to wait about 20mins but apart from that it is really value for money and the staff were friendly. Would be using Karl again :-)

Needed to change my dates and found staff helpful and apologetic that they could not refund a day even though I was the one who changed my dates on the day I should have arrived so would not expect a refund. Felt as though they cared and were interested on return about your holiday etc. Would use again.

Great Parking facilities, larger than expected. Excellent service and well organised. Knew my car would be safe and secure until I returned.

we waited for at least 20 minutes to be collected at airport this is unacceptable as everyone else on our flight were away and we were still there this needs to be sorted for again this has never happened before to us

No trouble finding Karl Parking as it was my first visit. Very friendly driver Hassle free and extremely cheap in comparison to airport parking Thank you

Drivers were excellent, however office always seemed confused. Telephoned to let them know I was there - driver confirmed my arrival and office argued with the driver that I had never phoned in first place. Driver even lifted my luggage into my car! Very nice man with English accent.

Why go anywhere else. I have parked in all the other car parks and find this one to be the best value. I recommend it to all my friends.

After 2 weeks in car park, my car's battery was flat when I returned from holiday. The staff quickly brought me a portable battery which started the car and I was quickly on my way. Thanks for a great service.

First time Id used this carpark having used a different one in the past. Good value for money. prompt pick up both ways. Will use again

More signage on car park would help e.g. which section and row numbers. A bit slow getting a reply when I range from the airport - over five minutes - receptionist was, apparently on the phone taking a booking.
