One negative.......more importance needs to be given to the client on the importance of retaining the contact telephone no to ring re transport from the airport.The airport authorities made a bit of a song and dance aboutproviding it ...eventually they did

smooth transfer to and from terminal no bother and speedy too. much cheaper than on site at airport. v pleased and recommended to friends.

I have never heard of KARL car parking before but it came up when I put it into the comparison site, I used it to be honest because it was the cheapest, but I will definitely use it again, the staff where extremely friendly and I didn't have to wait any time at all to be left off or collected, will recommend to all family and friends

Karl Airport Parking offered excellent service and value. The car park was clearly signposted, the staff were friendly and helpful and punctuality was second to none. I couldn't fault the experience and would certainly use the facility again without wasting time researching what else is on offer.

i had some technical problems with my car on return and the staff on duty could not have been more helpful

i would highly recommend Karl Airport Parking to anyone. I booked because of the value for money they offered (over 30% cheaper than all the others for a 5 day stay) and found their service and punctuality of transfers excellent. I will definitely use them again.

We received excellent service from all of the car park staff. We were picked up punctually and delivered right to our car and our luggage carried to the car for us. Couldn't have been any better.

the car park was well sign posted to find ,staff very frendly , after a few minutes the bus came to pick us up we didnt have to lift a case the driver did it , he was so friendly , same on way back we phoned to say we landed,we were picked up as soon as we walked out of airport, again the driver lifted our cases i will recomend you and use use you ,great value too thank you so much

We were in a hurry but the transfer was ready for us as soon as we arrived and got us there on time. Can't fault the service at all.

nearly missed my flight out of belfast waiting to be picked up and brought to the airport... but no problems getting picked up again.

very punctual at pickups and when my car would not start a member of staff went out of his way to help me at midnight and got me going much appreciated will be back everytime thanks.

Everything you would want, when you want it. All transfers were punctual and I would have to say I was surprised to find the coach waiting outside the airport on arrival. (this is a rare occurence with some of the other companies).

Transfer bus does not wait for more customers before transfering you to and from the airport. Bus comes quickly when requested, takes little time to make the journey and takes tou right to your car no matter where it is parked on the Karl site. Have used before and will use again.

Top marks, usually park at the airports long stay but have been put off by their prices going up. The service was excellent and very punctual.

very friendly and helpful staff even at 6 am ! tranferred to airport right away and collected within 10 mins. excellent service and would definately use again !!

All in all a very positive experience, even in the snowy conditions I arrived in, finding a space was fast and the driver followed me up to collect bags. On return to Belfast, I just missed a shuttle but a quick phone call to a very helpful staff member had one back within 10 minutes. Shuttle buses both times were clean and new, drivers friendly and careful. £2 car park entry could be considered a slight inconvenience if the daily rate wasn't so cheap.

Both going and coming back we received excellent service. we have used every car park in and around the airport but we seem to come back here time and time again, yes the price helps but time and time again its the service with a smile and chat that bringing us back. keep it up!
