We arrived at karls at 4.30am, in the lashing rain a bus was there waiting on us and left straight for the airport. On our return we phoned and within 5 minutes a bus was there to collect us. Very quick service would us again :)

The directions to the car park were very clear and the place was easy to find. All staff were helpful and friendly. I felt that my car was safe in the car park grounds. On our return, I phoned Karl Parking and we got onto the mini bus without delay. I will certainly use this car park again if flying in the future.

As a first time user of this service i found it very convenient. My sat-nav found it no problem. The staff were friendly and helpful even at 4.30 in the morning.Didn't have to wait for transfer to airport and bus was waiting as i left the airport to take passengers to their cars. Would definitely use Karl again and recommend to friends.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone travelling from Belfast International. The parking is only about 5 minutes from the airport. Everything was fast and efficient from parking the car to the transfer. We had very little waiting. The parking staff were very friendly and helpful and we were impressed by how professionally run the place was. The price was the best we could find. You save a bit by booking online. We will definetely use this service again

On arrival we went to the reception were we were told where to park the car. The bus was already at the car park and the driver got out and lifted our bags onto the bus and we were then transferred to the airport - great service. On return we rang when we lifted our luggage and were told to go to the coach car park which we did and within 5 minutes the bus arrived and again the driver lifted our luggage onto the bus and transported us by to the car park. All very efficient and I would definately use again.

We just missed the bus as we arrived but another one arrived in 5mins. it was a 5min trip to the airport, no problems at all and on our return a bus arrived as we left the terminal building,the driver took everyone as close to their car as possible, i will definitely use karl airport parking again.

This was our first time using Karl airport parking and it certainly won't be our last! Their service is excellent. My husband is very fussy about his car and he was wary of using a company who take the car keys from you. With Karl, my husband parked the car in his allocated spot and then was told that the owners keep the keys - excellent. The transfers to and from the airport were hassle-free, and on return from the airport the driver drops you right to your car, meaning you don't have to walk to it with your suitcases. Super service, cannot fault it at all!!

Having arrived at Karl, I was directed to park my car in a space myself and retain my car keys, (it is essential that you remenber the row you park in so you can find you car on return). Having parked the car we were quickly transferred to Belfast International airport by a very friendly driver. Arriving in at 02:00, the coach arrived quickly and we were soon dropped off back at our car.

Very good service, reminder email few days before, speedy to airport and prompt pickup. Just remember where your left your car - make a note on the business card.

Firstly I was met with a very pleasant receptionist at 4.30 am. Very professional service, and they operate the shuttle buses like clockwork. Bus was waiting on my return and drove me right to the car. Highly recommended

Everything you could want when going on holiday......secure parking,( you keep your keys) cheapest rates, transfers on time and drivers who seem to enjoy their work and are very helpful. I have used Karl before and will use them again.

The service was very easy to use, it's close to the Airport and there was no waiting time involved in being transferred by the mini-bus both ends of the trip. Excellent value for money.

The car park is spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. On both days, I was pleased to see two large minibuses ferrying passengers back and fourth. Just one gripe. On arrival back to the airport, one has to ring KARL to arrange collection and that's fine. But I think that people should be collected in the order in which they ring. When I was there, a family got on board who hadn't troubled to ring at all, while people who did ring had to wait for the next bus. Can KARL not log the order in which calls come in and the driver then collect passengers accordingly?

very quick transfers too and from the airport no frills good value the only small negative needs a better sign for the car park on main raod a bit bigger was past it before seen it

Karl Airport parking was so easy. Just pulled up, was shown to our parking space and hopped on the bus. Would definitely use Karl airport parking again!

The car park was easy to locate and the staff were efficient. Took a little while to transfer to airport but we had left plenty of time. Quick pick up on return.

Everything on arrival at 4.25 for early flight was fine-polite, directions to park and transfer to Airport all done efficiently and well. Return 2 weeks later ( on a very wet day-surprise!) was a bit different. The Driver was certainly not as courteous as on the way out and there seemed to be some confusion about the numbers and names of people waiting. We were left close to the car but we then had major difficulty getting our car out of the space as a row of cars had been packed in behind us in a line and left no space at all to reverse. Only with my wife guiding me out in the pouring rain and after about 10 minutes could I get out-No Staff in sight! It may be good that that you hold on to your own keys but be very careful where you park.

Transfer to the airport was excellent on outward journey. Our return flight did not land until after 23:00, at this time only one bus appeared to be being used and we had a 30 minute wait in the rain and cold. Belfast International Airport should also provide shelters which are fit for purpose especially for Northern Ireland weather, the wind and rain do not seem to understand that they should only approach from the direction that is covered.

This is the first time I have used this service, but was recommended to Karl Airport Parking by a colleague at work. The service was great, the staff were really helpful and prompt. We had to wait about 3 or 4 mins before a minibus arrived and took us straight to the airport, no fuss, no problems and chatting along the route. On our return the pick up was immediate, and to our dismay we had a flat battery and a flat tyre. No problem - we got a jump start and were able to quickly change the tyre before setting off home on our way. Last year we used a car park closer to the airport, paid more and when we had a similar problem, ended up pushing the car around the car park trying to start it ourselves because of a lack of staff. Next time I travel I will definately use Karl Airport Parking again, because the service is brilliant.
